Monthly Rentals in Eldred

We are return customers of the Cottage House. This is home-away-from-home for us. We travel from FL to stay long-term to visit our NY families. Susan & Steve are gracious hosts - a couple you would love to have as your neighbors. We will be returning for our fourth year.

Monique is awesome. She's easy to talk to and very responsive. Her homes are very clean, inviting & relaxing. It is an absolute joy to stay in them. Her places offers all the amenities and it comes with beautiful mountain views!! Highly recommend!!

This apartment is a gem! It was exactly what my family needed for our stay. You can tell Gary has put a lot of effort into decorating the apartment and making guests feel welcome. It was beautiful, and had what we needed for our trip. He was very responsive. If you have a chance, stop to visit the connecting antique store that he runs as well. I highly recommend this place, and I would definitely stay here again!
