Great place with beautiful views. Covered parking available right in front of the house. Check-in went smoothly. On the basement there is a large wellness landscape. We will definitely be back!

A bit out of Dresden but the walk in along the river is so lovely. Plus if you don't want to walk getting the tram was super easy. The apartment is cozy and had everything we needed. The bonus was the bars that are along the river when you turn left. Tried them all and would recommend for both a drink and food

We enjoyed our stay at Janine and Max's apartment. It is located in a very modern house, decorated with attention to detail and really spotlessly clean. The quite central location (including private parking!) is ideal and very quiet. The downtown area is not far away and also on foot it is a nice little walk. And if you want to shop for groceries, it's a 5-minute walk away. Janine and Max were wonderful hosts who helped us quickly with questions (thank you!). We'd love to come back and highly recommend this beautiful, cozy home.

Was there for my 2 days internship at the university clinic - perfect location for it, quickly by tram in the city center and in the new town, shopping and restaurants around the corner. Perfect! Clean, everything you need! Flexible check-in and you feel right at home.

Our stay was smooth. The items and equipment in the house were modern and adequate. Sitting in the winter garden was also very enjoyable. It was also very convenient to be close to the tram stop and the Supermarket. Carsten was as helpful as she could, thank you again for opening her little green wooden house to us. Definitely a place to stay again if I get the chance to go back to Dresden!

We were there with all practice members and looked at Dresden. It was a super nice place to stay. The new town with plenty of shopping and bars is within walking distance. It was ideal for us. We'll be back.

First, thank you to Dana and her family for their hospitality. He patiently answered our questions. The location of the house was very nice. Connected to nature, quiet and tranquil. The view was great. The household items were clean, tidy, and as seen in the photos. We would love to come again in the summer season. Another thing, Don't forget to eat fresh eggs when you come here:)

As always magical, we were here for no reason for the third time. The equipment of the house is continuously expanded, there are always small things to discover. This time we also took a day trip to Leipzig, you can easily reach the Annaburg train station by direct connection. We will be back, you won't get rid of us anymore!

We were there as a couple in winter and it was just the thing. Absolutely quiet, secluded and in nature. 15 minutes by car from the Santana thermal baths and some restaurants and shopping. There is a great bathroom with a bathtub and shower cubicle. The kitchen is equipped with a hotplate and a small oven, not designed for large menus but sufficient. We will be happy to come back.

Although this was our third visit to this apartment, we hope to return again soon! The location is quiet and peaceful with lovely local walks and excellent bus and tram service to and from the city centre. Located in a beautiful building. Very walkable to Old Town Dresden. Great local restaurants. The apartment was very modern and stylish. Had all the amenities you could want. We would highly recommend to anyone visiting Dresden.

Nice little apartment with very tasteful furnishings. Everything is available, you feel right at home. Very comfortable bed. All as described. Quiet neighborhood and very good public transport connection. I had underestimated the parking situation a little on the weekend or evening (it's a big city ;-) which together with a non-functional number code for the key box and 2 children in the rain led to a slightly stressful incentive situation... But André was immediately reachable by phone (after I found my phone again...) and gave us the new code. There's nothing to complain about. I'd love to come back.

a great apartment, central location makes the exploration of the city pleasantly accessible without constantly thinking about the logistics. Host Vasily was easily accessible, gave us a few tips in the area and prepared an extensive flyer library in the apartment. We actually found very special destinations there. First of all: the communication with Jolanta as a host was great - the answers came quickly and always friendly, a small problem on site was also solved immediately. The accommodation was a great fit for our needs as a small group of three. It was plenty of space and also the possibility for privacy. Also the location to the city center is really good. We left the car and mostly went by train. The way to the stop is really short. There were also minor deficiencies, especially the shaky railing on the outside staircase, as we had 2 handicapped fellow travelers with us. However, this can be fixed quickly. Overall, the place was pretty perfect for us as a total package and we would definitely recommend it.
