This apartment is part of the Alisei Hotel and looks exactly like the photos. It’s spacious, with a large balcony offering beautiful views of the garden and the ocean just across the street. The bedroom is quiet and also features a small balcony. The area has a lot to offer, and the beach is stunning. The pool area is a perfect spot to relax at the end of the day while enjoying a drink from the pool bar. The on-site restaurant serves a variety of dishes at fair prices, and there are other restaurants and a supermarket just a short walk away. Very convenient.

Great location super close to the beach and easy walking distance of downtown. Quiet complex. We’d happily stay here again.

Victor is an excellent host, from the first moment he answered all our concerns, he guided us very well on what places to know and who we could do it with. Casa Phil is absolutely stunning. The open-air design and panoramic views were breathtaking, and we never tired of them. The house is spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the amenities we could need. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and a quick drive into town. The true highlights of our stay, however, were Jackie and Esmeralda. Jackie’s cooking was phenomenal; she prepared the most delicious Dominican dishes, and every dinner was better than the last. She also recommended an incredible restaurant for us one evening. Carlos was also fantastic—responsive to any need or issue and went above and beyond by helping us arrange airport transportation. Their care and hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable.

Villa Hibiscus was really nice and exactly as described. It was quiet, balcony was private and the pool area was fun to use. 2min walk from the house is the public beach and a little further several restaurants and bars. We had fun and liked the location.

Beautiful house! All of the spaces are very spacious and you really feel at home. It's super private and secure. It has two bedrooms, a full kitchen, drinking water dispenser (very important), washing machine, board games and books to pass the time. She provided us with bath towels, to take to the beach, and even blankets for the beach. We exchanged them for some clean without a problem. The patio is large and beautiful, with beautiful tropical plants and avocado trees, of the latter we were eating several times avocados that fell to the ground! Jenny and Ariel are excellent hosts. We were recommended places to visit, places to eat, where to shop, beaches, etc. They also recommended us who to take excursions and taxis with. Of all the beaches we visited, the playita seemed the best and is the one that is closest to the house (about 10 minutes walking) so we felt very comfortable with that. I really recommend the apartment! We had an unforgettable few days.

Rooney answered our questions immediately from the start and provided everything we asked for. The place is very nice and spacious, the upstairs space is large with a nice view that allowed to see beautiful sunsets.

I recently stayed in this cozy apartment in Samana, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat during my stay. One of my favorite touches was the delightful aroma of coffee from the neighbors, which added to the warm, inviting atmosphere. It really enhanced the overall experience and made me feel right at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and serene getaway. Great extras, Coffee , Suger, Cold Beer and Frozen Mugs!! Our favorite perk, the Battery Backup connected to the router!! Great Communication and host answered all my pesky questions super speed!! Thank you for a great stay!!! We will be back but not during the New Years holidays, neighbors very noisy past 2am most nights.

The apartment has everything you need, hot water and AC air too, and super close to the beach and restaurants, the host always attentive and helpful

We missed a bit to get there, but after that everything was excellent, Hector super friendly and willing to help us in everything we needed. He gave us recommendations and was always very attentive. Would definitely recommend and come back 🙌🏾
