Monthly Rentals in El Capitán State Beach

The host was very welcoming and always responded quickly to any questions or requests. The place was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided. It made my stay very comfortable and convenient.

I have stayed at several different airbnbs in the area, visiting my son at UCSB. Each one has been fine, but none as perfect as this one. Everything about our stay at Don’s was better than expected. The neighborhood is quiet and located in a beautiful, natural setting, conveniently located near everywhere we needed to go. The unit is clean and comfortable and does not feel as though it’s attached to someone’s home. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a nice bottle of red wine, which was thoroughly enjoyed upon arrival. The beds were so comfortable (loved the sheets) and the black-out shades helped us enjoy a longer sleep in the morning. Don checked in with us during our stay to make sure all was well. We’ve finally found our favorite place to stay when coming to visit our son at college :)

Val’s place was absolutely beautiful in a great part of town. As our host, she was accommodating, friendly and responsive! She even offered her toddler air bed for our 2 year old son! Inside was clean, comfortable and visually appealing. We also very much appreciated the attention to detail with regard to amenities. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely, incredibly appointed cozy casita located in a peaceful and serene neighborhood. We immediately felt like we were home. Richard and Antionette were gracious hosts who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The Christmas holiday decorations inside and out were a very special and much appreciated touch. Without a doubt, one of the best Airbnb experiences we have had! We will definitely be returning! Debra and Ted
