I stayed already the second time at Gitti´s place and enjoyed again! It is easy to feel at home and Gitti always thinks about even the smallest details. Furthermore, it is quiet and if you need some fresh air, you can directly walk on the hills over Graz or in the forest. Always happy to be back there!

Everything was perfect!

Our hosts were warm and friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The kids loved discovering the farm animals, and the recommendations for local places to eat and for hikes in the peaceful surroundings were greatly appreciated. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and spacious. All in all, we loved our short stay and would be happy to visit again!

I was very satisfied with the place and also Regine was great, friendly accommodating and always helpful. I was there for 3 weeks and felt very comfortable. I am also thrilled that a bus runs until then. Even by car, you can get to the city itself very quickly or elsewhere. I will definitely book there again when I go back to Graz.

During our visit, the apartment was completely new! and had no defects, only the entire complex was not ready yet, which, however, did not disturb without construction work in winter.

Booked it for the second time, an amazing place like no other. Very friendly people, and the house was very clean. Definitely coming back

It was an excellent place. With impeccable cleanliness and coffee (very important😜). Without a doubt, if I go back to Austria in Leoben, I would stay there.

Very nice and peaceful place, comfortable beds, nice kitchen and also very comfortable sofa to watch tv. In the garden, the Jacuzzi is brilliant after a long ski day . Definitely a comeback place for us !

We stayed at Nikolaus for the second time for 1 week. Like the first time, everything was GREAT! Accommodation was super clean, Nikolaus very hospitable and we felt very comfortable there. My fullest recommendation! I would always book the place again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Birken Suite! The 4 days of "relaxation " for us were perfect and the apartment really offers a lot of privacy. Fresh eggs were delivered to the door every morning – a lovely touch! Breakfast could also be booked. Surroundings is quiet, ideal for forgetting the stress of everyday life. The hot tub has enough privacy, which made the stay even more enjoyable. There was nothing missing in the apartment overall, everything was great! It is beautifully decorated and decorated. We had a really wonderful weekend at this place. The apartment itself was well equipped – with a great hot tub, sauna, rain shower and bathtub that provided pure relaxation. Especially the large, cozy couch has invited you to feel good. The surroundings are simply fantastic, ideal for those seeking peace and perfect for walks along the river and exploring the idyllic, rural area. It is important to know that the apartment is part of a larger building complex, where there were also other suites and chalets with them inside, but that did not bother us at all – we still had a lot of peace and privacy. A special highlight was also that our dog was welcome. Overall a great place to stay for a relaxing weekend!
