Time out on the Sonnenberg im Panoramastüberl Our apartment is located at 520 meters and is therefore the highest point above the Danube Valley. With a hair dryer location, a fantastic panoramic view opens to the Alps,we are located in the heart of Lower Bavaria with numerous excursion possibilities. The apartment consists of bedroom (bed 1.40 m)and guest /children's room with pull-out bed up to 1.60m,kitchen with dining area,bathroom and living room with large panoramic window and balcony,terrace and garden are in front of the house.

The chalet, newly built in wood construction, was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. Built in a modern style, it meets the highest energetic Requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered porch with new, electrically heated Hot tub has been designed at ground level. Inside you can use the wood-burning stove and make your own sauna (free of charge) cozy . The national park bike path beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Wide view and pool ideal for golf and wellness

The "Schlössle", a former 4* hotel, is located in the immediate vicinity of the town square, centrally located but still very quiet. The apartment (approx. 75 sqm) is on the ground floor. The parking space is right next to the main entrance. The living room and bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies facing south. The balconies (20 sqm) invite you to sunbathe, eat and enjoy the fantastic view over the Rotttal, with a view of the mountains when the weather is nice.
