We had a great week long stay at Brooke’s place in Park Circle!! The workspace was great when I needed to get some work done. My husband loved the walk ability/run ability of the neighborhood. Park circle very close for restaurants, bars, etc. Downtown was a quick trip down the hwy. Sullivan’s beach 25 min away - great area and restaurants. Folley js about 35-40 but worth it!! House was clean; beds were comfy! Would def recommend and stay again. Brooke was very responsive and also brought beach chairs within minutes of asking where they were! Thanks for everything !!

We had a great time and the house was even better than the pictures. The host was super responsive and we really enjoyed the stay. We’ll be back for sure!

It was definitely in a sketchy area but when we arrived to the particular neighborhood it was a cool spot with lots of personality.

It was exactly as advertised and she provided extras that you may have forgotten. The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Snacks and drinks for all ages were provided. Extras to make your stay easy and more enjoyable. We will stay here again when we visit the area.

This is our third visit to this location, and this time we are here for an extended stay due to the damage caused by Hurricane Helene that prevents us from returning home. Ryan and his team consistently exceed expectations during each stay. I highly recommend any of their properties if you're planning to visit Folly Beach. They truly are the best.

We have been coming to HH for years and this is our new favorite place. Marina has thought of literally everything for her house. She has more towels, pillows, linens, and kitchen supplies than any other place we've stayed. And don't worry about packing up anything for the beach, she has all the beach gear and awesome wagon for easy transport as well. The house was spotless and our dogs loved the fenced in backyard area. I appreciated that the coffee maker was both a dual carafe and single K-cup style machine. It's an easy walk to the beach and there is plenty of entertainment to be had in the house as well. Again, I cannot stress enough how well stocked the place is. We are used to always having to bring extra towels and cooking supplies with us, but it's not the case for this lovely home. We plan on returning here for many years to come, thank you Marina again for sharing your perfect home with us!!

Had an amazing stay! Condo was super clean, responsive hosts and we had everything we needed during our stay. Parking spot is a definite perk; one of the reasons why we chose this condo. The location is great; very walkable and close to nearby restaurants and shopping. Feedback/advice for future bookings: the kitchen area is small with limited counter space. Not a problem for us since we weren't cooking but just know that could be challenging. If you have a large car, the parking space is plenty big enough but, the trash concierge may not be able to get to the cans. Again, didn't bother us but could become a hygiene/critter issue depending on them getting emptied. Did hear some noise from the upstairs unit (they had a small child that was constantly on the go) but was quiet and settled when we were ready for bed. There will be street noise heard from all bedrooms; cars, people walking by and talking and a firehouse just a few doors down. Great trip and a great place to stay!

This is a great home and actually had more space and storage than we needed for our 4 night stay. Perfect for a Summerville stay and we loved our visit. Very close to Charleston, the beaches, drivable to Columbia and other end of SC as well. Great host, attentive and responsive. Ve

This place is amazing! Even better than advertised. It's stocked with everything you need to keep a full house entertained on vacation, and access to the beach plus IOP restaurants/grocery/coffee is perfect. We went to the beach every day and enjoyed the pool every afternoon. It's also pristine - clearly Nick has taken care of this property and there were no issues with anything at the house during our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

Very cute place with a comfortable king bed. The house was clean and we felt like it was in a safe part of town with really beautiful houses across the street. Road can be a little noisy early in the morning at the intersection, but not enough so to prevent us from staying again. We’d just bring an additional noise maker. Dogs loved the fenced in backyard and the driveway was big enough for our full sized truck and 16ft v-nose trailer. Only 8 min or so from park circle restaurants and about 15 min from the coliseum/convention center. Super convenient, cute, and comfortable. Hosts are friendly and helpful as well!

We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was easy to access the city of Savannah which is full of history, design, art and highly rated restaurants. Plus it was also easy access to the beach and the oceanfront vibe. Milan was a good host, very attentive to our requests. Our dogs loved the fenced in backyard. Good experience!

Great experience and home. The place was clean and well stocked, in a great location, with amenities and beautiful community (minus the construction). Host provided detailed instructions, things to do, welcome package, and very communicative. Thank you, we would absolutely recommend and stay again!

Our family had the most amazing vacation in this beautiful home! The hosts were easy to communicate with and answered all questions quickly. The home itself is absolutely perfect! The layout is big enough for a large family, the beds were comfortable, and the pool/spa were the perfect temperature for spring break! They also went above and beyond to help us feel right at home. We had plenty of towels, blankets, bowls, cups, etc. and we never felt like we were without something we needed. They also helped make an unfamiliar home more easily accessible by providing labels throughout the house for different light switches, cupboards, accessories, etc. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the hosts truly helped make our family vacation extra special and packed full of wonderful memories. We would gladly stay at any home hosted by LowCountry Beach Homes! Thank you!

We absolutely loved the location! We could walk to restaurants or get a quick Uber to the heart of King Street. The unit is very clean and had everything we needed. If you are a light sleeper, you can hear the guests above you pretty easily, but there were sound machines in all the bedrooms that helped cancel out the noise. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great multi-gen family vacation at this home! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, with easy boardwalk access point. The hosts provided an impressive array of beach essentials (chairs, wagons, umbrellas & beach towels) which made our beach days even more enjoyable and stress-free. The home itself was incredibly clean and thoughtfully stocked with extra touches that made a big difference (things like suitcase stands in the BRs, plenty of hangers, towels & blankets, and everything we needed in the kitchen to cook for a large group). Loved the extra fridge for beverages. The layout was ideal for a big family or group of friends, giving us space to gather while also offering privacy when needed. The beds were super comfy! We appreciated the kid-friendly features — large splash area in pool, tons of games, high chair and portacrib for our grands. We highly recommend this property and the hosts, Marty & Andrea, who really went above & beyon

excellently located and was as described by the host. If your looking for a stay at Hilton Head, this is worth the price. The beach was close and fun.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the beach was a bonus for our morning walks on the beach with our furbaby & the fenced in back yard was perfect for giving her a space to explore. The neighborhood was beautiful & quiet. Thanks to Calvin for being a wonderful host! We definitely fell in love with the area and will be back.

it was our first trip to Folly Beach and we loved it and couldn't have asked for a better house to stay in! the location was absolutely perfect! easy walk to the beach and to the main strip with restaurants and bars. would highly recommend and we plan to go back again!

The home and location was excellent. Port Royal is a walkable delightful town. Walk a couple of blocks along the river buff to Fish Camp, a terrific sea food restaurant t. And steps further, She’ll Ring, a brewery with the best beer in the region. Better beer than Charleston or Hilton Head breweries. Music Bingo Mondays, Trivia Tuesdays and BlueGrass Sundays. If interested in American History, the location is idea for American Revolution naval history, and the civil,war and reconstruction. Who knew the first reading of the Emancipation Proclamation was in Port Royal. And Beaufort, a lovely riverfront historic town, Pat Conroy’s home town, is a few miles away for more restaurants and horse carriage or golf cart tours or just walking along or having coffee on the charming riverfront. This is the best AirbNB we have ever been too. Will definitely return if we come back to South Carolina. Our dog (small dogs allowed) loved the fenced in yard. Wonderful neighborhood for walking dogs.

This was our second stay at Lynn’s place! It is so clean and well taken care of. It is very convenient to the beach! Lynn and her family are so kind and easy to communicate with. Would 1000% recommend!

This home needs a little TLC. It's an older home w/a slight musty smell upon entering, my husband has severe allergies to mold & mildew, but he was unaffected, so it must not have been that bad. This home has some little quirks like the washer & dryer are outside in a garage (that area was very clean), the dishwasher is portable & needs to be hooked up to the sink & plugged in (we didn't use it since we mostly ate out) & you can't run the microwave & toaster oven at the same time. The box springs to the beds were old, but the mattresses were decent & comfortable. There is no theme as to the decor, which made it very interesting, with finding something different everyday. With all these little quirks, I am giving it a 5 Star due to the fact that it is a charming little home, was very clean, in a great neighborhood, has private parking, is very close to the beach & area attractions & Rachel was a very responsive host. We had a great time during our stay!

This place is absolutely amazing; the house itself is very beautiful and cozy, it has everything we needed. There is a very nice private backyard where you can enjoy your morning coffee:) I recommend this place and would love to be back one day!
