Beach house vacation rentals in Edisto Beach

Location, location, location! If not the best, then one of the best spots in Folly Beach. Only steps away via a private beach path to a broad flat stretch of sand beach where we watched the surfers each morning from our deck while sipping coffee, and only a quick 5-10 minute (4 block) walk to downtown where the bars, restaurants and shops are located. This beach bungalow has been recently updated, and has all the amenities expected in a high end beach rental. We especially enjoyed the French press coffee maker and the rainfall shower! However while my wife and I rated our stay as 5-star, it may not be the right place for everyone. This is a very "cozy" place. It has two small bedrooms mostly filled up with beds and one small bathroom. There are a couple of hanging clothes cabinet/nightstand combination units in the master bedroom, but no other closets in the entire house. Also comfy places to sit in the kitchen/great room are sparse for more than 2 maybe up to 4 people.

Great little spot. Just a few blocks from the main strip of bars and restaurants. Small and humble, but efficient use of the space, so if you’re ok with the non-fancy, it’s the perfect spot. Great value. Will stay here again for sure if we come back to Tybee for another golf trip.

The home was very easy to find. Right on the water. Beautiful ocean views from practically every window. Peaceful, serene setting. Private access to a white sandy beach just steps away. The home was spotless, match the pictures perfectly, and had everything we need to make our stay comfortable. Everything worked like it was supposed to and there were no unpleasant surprises. The kitchen and amenities were fantastic. Bedding and towels were lovely. And the standout feature was the large, gorgeous deck Looking right out onto the sound. The other residents were friendly enough and we enjoyed walking on the beach several times a day. Please note that it is not a curated beach and has a lot of sharp seashells both on the beach and in the shallows underwater. I recommend some type of beach or surf shoe. But the spot could not have been more beautiful or peaceful.

We enjoyed the house and it was larger than the pictures capture. we liked the openness of the kitchen, dining and living space. Great outdoor spaces as well. Quick walk to the beach and to a back dock overlooking the marsh. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. All was as advertised. Everything was clean and worked well. Definitely a great option!

We loved our stay at “The Sand Bar”! The ocean view and beach access were unbeatable. The house was very clean and stocked with many supplies and amenities. The hosts were very responsive to any questions and always friendly. Highly recommend staying here!

Alexandra was so kind to host us after we left our home in Asheville during Hurricane Helene. Thank you for helping us at the last minute and being so accommodating. There is nothing like a beach front stay to brighten your spirits. The location can’t be beat!

We absolutely adored our stay at Tracy's. This was our first visit to Tybee and we already want to go back. Tracy met us on arrival, gave us a thorough walkthrough and helped make us feel right as home. She was so helpful with all recommendations and responded quickly to any questions. The house was so homey and spacious, and the easy access to the beach made it even better. There were tons of restaurants nearby that were walkable, and a quick drive to the pier for some cute boutiques and other food options. You won't find a better stay on Tybee!

Please was lovely! Nice big deck overlooking the Atlantic, the weather was cold, so we did not get to spend a lot of time outside, but would definitely be a huge plus in the warmer months. The place was a little difficult to find because we arrived late at night, and the Signs for the streets are posts in the ground and hard to read, so go slow and follow her directions. They are accurate. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Easily sleeps 10 people. Neighborhood was quiet, and even though there is a unit connected to this one, there is apparently a firewall in between and no sounds were heard from the other unit. Would definitely stay here again.

We visited Linda and Jay's in November 2024 and had a very special week in this house. With young children, the proximity to the beach and ease of access was a huge difference maker. My wife and I went down the beach several nights after the kids were in bed and star gazed knowing we could be back in the house in under 30 seconds if needed. The home itself was very well appointed for working remotely. See above proximity to beach making it easy to pop out for 30 min or an hour easily if you need to do this. I would also say this house would be perfect for multi family or large family gatherings. We used the bedrooms and full baths as assets to make it easier to care for 2 under 2, but given each bedroom has its own full bath, you could have everyone together while still not needing to share those private spaces. Highly recommended!!

The house was amazing! It was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The host was super responsive. We will definitely be back.

Enjoyed our visit. Check out was at 10am; I texted the owner and she let us stay until 1pm. House was updated and easy. We enjoyed having adults upstairs and kids downstairs. She provided beach towels and a beach wagon, which made everything a lot easier. Highly recommend.

What a great house - plenty of room, great deck to sit out in the sun, two kitchens, very laxing and felt like home!!!!

This was one of the best AirBnBs we have ever stayed in. House was perfect - lots of comfortable seating and so so many amenities. Hosts really thought of everything we might need. Chairs and wagon were so helpful for the beach which was so close!! Pool was a welcome respite throughout the day. Felt very private. Grateful to Rick for answering my questions quickly and efficiently. We will definitely be back!

House is beautiful with gorgeous views of the ocean from living room, kitchen, and the king master. Pool area is great with lots of comfortable lounge chairs as well as umbrellas. And of course you can’t beat the private walkway to the beach. Deck outside the kitchen has a big table to eat outside along with deck chairs- all with a view of the ocean. Top end grill if you want to cook out. Highly recommend staying here.

When we walked in the house was very clean and decorated very nicely. The best thing was the host had tons of cleaning supplies, dishware, pots and pans and even spices for cooking. The elevator was a plus, especially when going from the garage level to the top (4th) floor. The pool was nice and warm, even though we didn't have an opportunity to get in. But we did sit outside by the fire pit every night. The water went off for some reason, but Michael was proactive and sent us an alert before we even knew the water was off. It was back on again in no time. This was the perfect house for a getaway. We'll definitely be back

Gorgeous home to celebrate our family Christmas. Kitchen very well equipped with everything needed to prepare a meal. Drip coffee maker and K-cup available located on a very nice drink station. Bedrooms were decorated lovely with luxurious bedding. Screened in back porch with tables and occasional chairs and 2 TV’s. Backyard is truly an oasis with pool, hot tub, and fire pit. Short walk to the beach - very easy access. Highly recommend - you will not regret it. We’ll be back😊

Beautiful home and a great location

Beautiful house with everything you need to make yourself at home. When you walk in the front door, it is very charming and inviting. It's a short, straight walk to a great beach. There is a 4 lane street to cross, but 95% of the time you can walk straight across without stopping. We had 8 adults staying in this lovely place and there was plenty of room and we shared a lot of great meals in the huge kitchen. If we are ever back in the area, this will be our "go to" house!

We loved the home it was lovely. In my opinion the distance to the beach was an inconvenience. It’s a good walk for families with little kids or older retired adults. The golf cart was not accessible on one of the days and we didn’t get any communication about the situation until we were already at the beach. Driving was an option but even then the distance was long for my parents who are 80+. We still made memories and had a good time. The house was beautiful and very clean. Big enough for everyone to have their own space. My grandchildren loved the bunk beds 3-4 years of age. The hostess was wonderful. She was willing to help if needed.

Great location. Enjoyed gathering in the huge dining room/living room for games and all of our meals. The walk to the beach is easy and quick to get there! Very close to lots of restaurants and golf courses!!

The house was Amazing ! Definitely a southern charmer . The beach is across the street and very close to the club that has pools and restaurant on the beach . This house includes the access cards which is a great value . The beds were very comfortable , upgraded appliances and beautiful decor . The front screened patio was amazing and we spent most of our time there . Great experience with all Seabrook staff and we would definitely rent again .

The house was great for our family with kids. So nice to have 2 1/2 baths! There were some beach chairs and toys that were simple and just enough for us. The kitchen had everything we needed. Hoses and showers outside were all really helpful. The grill was nice to use, too. , The convenience of the location can't be beat.

Location location location!!! We had the absolute BEST time at Diane’s home and it was so close to the beach!! Diane was wonderful to communicate with and we had everything we needed! We will definitely be back!!
