Beautiful stay, close to the beach, all very quiet and with an extremely privileged view.

Excellent place, excellent service; recommended for any type of plan. It's good to note that IF YOU HAVE A/C, the place and its facilities are in incredible condition.

We liked the area because it is safe to walk and there are great restaurants on the street. it is not far to walk across the park to gain access to the new underground Metro where it only cost 45 cents for a ride downtown, saving on taxi fares.

Me and my friends had a wonderful stay here! Our host Dennis was so quick to respond and helpful. He replaced the large water container for the water cooler a few times for just 3 dollars per container and we also had the place cleaned every other day with fresh towels and more toilet roll which was really helpful. The bedrooms and communal area is so spacious and we really enjoyed using the kitchen to make fresh tuna ceviche we had bought at the port and watching David Attenborough’s Galapagos on the TV! We were a bit surprised we were asked to pay for a glass we broke as this was not stated in the house rules and is usually a cost of general wear and tear, however we had such a great stay that we easily looked passed this. Thank you Dennis!
