It was great staying here for four weeks. The house is comfortable and the location is very peaceful, but still close to everything. Nice garden and patio. Also very affordable. Would definitely stay again.

The house was beautiful, clean, spacious, and well equipped. Loved that they had a lot of paid movie streaming services. The host was very friendly and very accommodating. We were greeted, shown around the house and given the ok to grab any of the fruits around the property! The game room is full of fun games and activities for everyone. Franklin is an amazing host. when I asked for something he went above and beyond and in a very timely manner. the house is in a very safe area, which was important to us. the yard was great for our 2 dogs. the fireplace was awesome and wood was supplied. there are little restaurants close by or you can taxi for $1.5 into the town of Cotacachi. there is also a tienda close by for bread etc. we were not used to barking dogs in the night, but that will not stop us from returning. definitely recommend Franklin's place.
