House is exactly as advertised. It’s new, modern and easy to stay in. Katti and Stefan were excellent hosts and responsive and helpful at all times. You will need a car as the location is remote, but easy to find. Would recommend as a base for local ski resorts in the winter.

We have been coming to the apartment for several years and are very satisfied every time. Glad to come back!

Beautiful setting, well situated, away from any tourist traps or traffic (great opportunity to practice any German you may have :)!) It was perfect for our family. Host was very responsible and respectful.

My experience at this place was amazing all around. From start to finish, everything was top notch. Communication with the host was prompt, friendly and helpful – all my questions were answered quickly. The place itself was beautifully decorated and clean. I particularly liked the well-equipped kitchen and the modernly furnished bathroom with sauna. The location was ideal for taking quiet walks in the nature. I highly recommend this place and would or will book again anytime. Thank you for a memorable stay!

We stayed with Stefan for 2 nights and enjoyed the stay very much. Stefan was very friendly and helpful and we were able to explore the beautiful surroundings in bright sunshine. With a visit to the Tyrolean Festival in Erl. Highly recommended in all. If our son plays in Erl again in the summer, we would love to stay with Stefan and Moni again!

Irmi is a very generous host. The location of the apartment is great as you are right at Chiemsee with access to restaurants and the ferry. A lot of great activities in the area. The apartment is spacious and ideal for two people, well equipped. I was only missing a wash machine and it would have been all perfectly sorted . Thanks a lot for the wonderful stay.

The communication was smooth and very wonderful, and I had a pleasant stay. We would like to use it when we stay in Munich again.
