Wonderful stay! The furniture offered nice seating with a beautiful view out to the back garden. Margaret was kind enough to leave our some snacks which helped me for my early morning days! There's also aromatherapy and coffee available, such a nice touch! 10/10 can't recommend enough!

This was a cute and cozy weekend stay! It was easy to find and check-in/out. The neighborhood was nice and safe and the space was exactly as described. Actually, it was more spacious in the living area and kitchen than the pictures portrayed which was really nice. The host truly thought of everything you could need toiletry-wise and made sure it was available should you forget to bring something. She was very responsive and extremely helpful. I referred to her initial check-in message throughout the trip as it had all the information I needed. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a cute, comfy stay in the area!

Patrick has a great location, close to downtown restaurants and shopping areas. It is quiet and I loved having the full kitchen to cook in. Wifi was fast and reliable. Having the Village District within walking distance was nice, since it has so many shops and restaurants and you don't have to worry about parking. I had a great time while I was there!

Everything was wonderful! Everything was exactly like the photos and very spacious. Felt like I never left home. The location is also very convenient. There was a grocery store less than 5 minutes away as well as places to get food which definitely came in handy the first day when there was unexpected snow. Will definitely be coming again if I'm ever doing a buisness trip in the area

We love staying at George and Cat’s place! With grandkids nearby we make the trip often and this is our preferred accommodations. We honestly talk about how nice it would be to actually check in, not go anywhere and just relax on the fabulous couch!

This is one of the best small Air BnB’s we have stayed in. Everything was neat and organized. The neighborhood was extremely quiet. Even though this property is attached to a home, it was very private and peaceful. The space was bright and airy, and included anything you would use at home. I highly recommend this property for anyone spending time in the Raleigh/Durham area.

Rebecca is communicative, thoughtful, accommodating, flexible, and professional. She clearly anticipates all possible needs of her guests and delivers hospitality with utmost effort and care. The place had everything we needed and served as the perfect headquarters for my first Carolina Hurricanes hockey game experience.

Had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home with beautiful grounds. Sarah was welcoming and responsive and gave lots of good insights into the lovely historic town of Hillsborough which was within walking distance from the home. I arrived to several deer grazing in the grass by the guest suite. The suite itself was clean, private, quite and spacious. I used the large bathtub after a long day... it was amazing. Shower was amazing too. The only thing that would have made it better, and this is probably preference, would be a softer bed... it was a bit firm for me. Regardless, I would definitely stay here again.

Nice spot, it's a small community area. Instructions to arrive are pretty clear. Nice kitchen and living room area. Clean, neat and organized overall. Really nice area of NC would visit again if the opportunity may come.

This was my second stay at Terry’s place and it was just as awesome as the first time. Terry is great with communication and adds cute little touches to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. My hubby and I had the perfect Valentine’s weekend getaway here, already planning our next stay!

If I could rate more stars, I definitely would. The place was beautiful, clean, quiet, spacious, and nicely decorated. I brought some groceries and dishes from home, but definitely grateful to have coffee, dishes, utensils, shower products, extra towels, card games, coasters, and even candles available to use. The space was romantic and relaxing. The mini fridge works very well and the water temperature and pressure was perfect. Coming into the place felt like I was walking into an expensive resort, but it’s here in Wake Forest??? Couldn’t be happier. Definitely recommend and the TV subscription options are a nice addition too. Host was detailed in messages, checked in on us, and clearly keeps her guests in mind for anything we may need. Perfect stay.

This space is tranquil, rejuvenating, and surrounded by natural wonders. The evening that I arrived, I was enveloped by the sound of crickets. The morning I checked out, I saw a deer in the backyard. The space is clean, quiet, light, and modern, giving it the feel of a sanctuary. It had everything I needed for my stay and is a short drive or 30-minute walk to a drug store, a Whole Foods, UNC’s campus, and plenty of restaurants. Shannon is a gracious and responsive host. Highly recommended!

Williams stay was amazing, he was very responsive, checked on me to make sure things were running smoothly. Clear and smooth instructions. I was very comfortable and would stay again where his stay was worked so well for me my boyfriend lives 15 minutes from the stay. Which was great for when he came to visit and pick me up for our dates. Also not far from the places we went to visit. Loved how small the space was just for me I was able to relax and enjoy my book.

We had a wonderfully peaceful stay In the woodsy setting! Quick drive over to my daughter’s dorms and all the restaurants. We had amazing sleeps in the cozy setting. I was especially appreciative of their flexible check in and check out with my flight times. It was very helpful and we would definitely come back here again. It was adorable! Thanks guys!

Great location with walking trails nearby. Located right outside of downtown making it easy to get around. The space was very clean and served its purpose for a weekend stay!

My daughter and I visited friends who live in the neighborhood. The apartment was so nice and comfortable and clean and convenient. We enjoyed our stay and will plan to stay there again when visiting our friends.

Our plans changed at the last minute and it became no longer necessary for us to stay at Jessica’s place. However, she was very communicative and helpful during the booking process and we will definitely consider staying for any future booking needs.

Staying in Molly and Bill’s place was a delight. They were kind and gracious hosts from check in to check out. They were so flexible and helpful with our arrival and departure, even when we had airline changes mid-trip. The apartment was very comfortable and cool even though it was near 100 degrees outside some days. The covered entrance was super helpful for deliveries. We have recently been on a lot of trips and this shower had the hottest and most water pressure of any place. It was so great. The kitchen was lovely and new with lots of super helpful every day need type condiments. Can’t thank them enough for making our trip to NC so homey.
