Monthly Rentals in Dunedin

Todd and Kiaralinda were excellent hosts! Very responsive to any questions I had and communicated with me as needed throughout my stay. The location is perfect! Quiet & peaceful but yet just minutes from walking into town. I highly recommend and definitely plan to return:)

The place was great for the price. Clean, quiet, and within walking distance to downtown. We enjoyed the two bar/ restaurants on the water that were only about half mile away. Great spot for walking.

Our 3rd time at Carole's and always great. Her place is cozy,clean and can't beat the location. Easy one mile walk into Main Street Dunedin with lots of shops and restaurants, a 3 block walk to walk a beautiful trail along the water, close to two great beaches. Carole provides so much extra basics for cooking,coffee,tea. Always love chatting with her,she will give you great tips for the area. Can't wait till next time.

Karina was extremely communicative. The location was perfect - walkable to all downtown!
