Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Dubai Marina

Very clean and beautiful place.

We had a lovely stay at the apartment which is very well located at Dubai Marina with close transportation and shops open 24/7 Check-in was a bit complex, with the staff at the building reception who welcomed us a little harshly. Apartment: it takes some renovation work: the flooring is damaged in the hallway and the kitchen /toilet is cracked in the master bathroom and the toilet paper holder is broken in the other bathroom. Our return flight was 9pm and thanks to Lillia who told us to leave our luggage at the building lobby, but...the guards refused:( but they begged them and they still agreed to put them in a corner of the lobby. So to keep in mind: each guest plan a solution to store your luggage because check-out at 11am Thank you again Lillia for your responsiveness and kindness!

I celebrated my 50th Birthday in Dubai and loved the apartment. It was very tidy and a lovely apartment equipped with everything we needed. Good bedroom sizes and nice bathrooms. Alessandro’s is a great host and was there when you need him. Mrs Hia who was responsible for the keep of the house was very friendly and was available anytime we needed her. We had a great stay!

Location is great. Many nearby stores and restaurants, all within walking distance. You need a car pass if you are driving to get inside the parking entrance. Host Andra brought it down for us and helped us to park in the right place. Very nice views from the apartment. Very spacious rooms with plenty of storage drawers/closets and vanities although beds could use a mattress upgrade. Very nice balconies with views of Palm Jumeirah and as far as Burj Khalifa on a clear day. Full kitchen (could use some more utensils and a toaster). Could have used some more towels as well. Bring some basics with you (or buy from the store downstairs) like salt/pepper, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid etc if you are planning to cook. There was a box in the kitchen with free Tea bags and sugar. Host Andra was very nice and responsive to messages. There was a small water leak from the bathroom ceiling which she promptly got fixed through her maintenance staff. Overall a great experience!

Great location in the marina, walking distance to the metro and lots of restaurants. Very spacious and clean room. Surprisingly quiet despite the central location. Dragos is a wonderful host and responds very quickly! Highly recommend

I spent the weekend in Downtown Dubai, and the location was absolutely perfect. The area was incredibly convenient, with everything I needed just a short walk away - shops, restaurants, and entertainment. It made my stay so effortless and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a central and hassle-free experience in Dubai!

Our stay at the apartment was great. The communication with Hanane and the others was excellent. the room is in the middle of everything you want to do asique if you are driving is perfect. We were surprised how cool the apartment is, we didn't need to put air conditioning. We'll repeat

The location is excellent, just a short walk to both the marina and the metro station. Suryaprakash is helpful and attentive.

The house is clean and beautiful, with great and complete amenities. The location is perfect for walking, with easy access to the beach and Marina Walk. I had a wonderful and pleasant stay. Highly recommend it. The host was helpful and friendly.

This is one of the most stylishly furnished Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at. The views of the Burj Khalifa was incredible and the location was fantastic and close proximity to the mall of Dubai and several other attractions. Communication was flawless and the host was super responsive and even ordered small items such as laundry detergent and dish soap straight to our apartment to help our stay. I definitely stay here again.

Shahroz has been super helpful. He kindly offered to pick me up from my previous place and even helped carry my belongings to the new place. The place is conveniently located with supermarkets, restaurants, gyms, salons etc found within a short walking distance. The apartment is peaceful with the tenants fully respecting the privacy of each other. Due to all these positives, I decided to extend my stay with Shahroz by another month.

Great value. The place had all the amenities listed and it was very easy getting there. Though I never used it, I think there’s a tram line very close to the location. The response time of the host was spot on. I would definitely come back soon

Great stay at Urban Heaven! I had a great experience staying at Urban Heaven. The beds are comfortable, and even though it’s a shared dorm with six people, I slept really well using an eye mask and earplugs. The atmosphere is friendly, and everyone I met was welcoming. One of the best aspects of my stay was the flexibility – I was able to extend my booking without any issues, thanks to Alexander, which made my trip even better. The kitchen is clean, and there is a housekeeper who keeps everything tidy and well-maintained. He is also very friendly and helpful if you have any questions. Overall, amazing value for money for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-kept place to stay. Highly recommended!
