Exactly what is described. Lovely accommodation in such a lovely setting. Everyone is so lovely and talkative. Even the chatty geese in the morning. They are very friendly 🪿 Great stay and will definitely be back in the summer 🤗

Maria was a wonderful host. Her place was very comfortable and I was made to feel welcomed from the start. It has everything you need if you are staying for work or a holiday. I would recommend this to anyone needing somewhere to stay in Bury St Edmunds.

Fantastic little place just the right amount of space for a warm and friendly stay . Even my little dog felt right at home . The treats were an extra touch .lovely space just over the road to walk the dog . Garage very close for items you may need or just for treats in the evening. Overall a fantastic stay . Would highly recommend

I booked very last minute as a little get away for me and my partner and Charlotte was very quick replying and answering any questions. It was a lovely little get away tucked away! Very cosy and cute!
