Nicola was a very attentive host and quick to respond. Beautiful historic apartment. Lots of space and spotlessly clean. Peaceful area and about a 10 minute ride to the Barbican and the Hoe if you love being by the sea.

This was my first time in Plymouth since moving from England to the U.S., visiting family who just relocated here. The apartment was better in person—I’m usually skeptical after being misled by online photos before, but this one exceeded expectations. Clean, secure, and close to key landmarks. As someone who worked in hospitality, I value good service over fancy facilities, and the host delivered. He communicated clearly, checked in during my stay, and was quick to respond. I mixed up the checkout time with another booking and was still there when housekeeping arrived. I felt bad, but they were very professional and didn’t make it awkward at all, even though it likely affected their schedule. Great service, great stay. I’d definitely book again.

Absolutely perfect apartment, seconds to the seafront, across the road from a decent play park and field for the kids to burn off energy. Perfect for a family with 2 kids who shared the sofabed. Spacious and well equipped. comfortable beds and free parking is such a bonus. We will look to stay here next time we come to Plymouth for sure! Thank you for sharing your lovely place with us.

Colin was very clear with getting there and checkng in. Easy to find and parking was private and secure. Accommodation was exactly as listed, wonderful welcone pack, very clean, spacious and a very short walk from Old William Yard. Would recommend for a break to Plymouth.
