Vacation rentals with a patio in Downtown, Jacksonville

Cynthia’s Oasis provided my daughter and I with a beautiful place to stay while evacuating SWFL during Hurricane Milton. We didn’t venture out much, but food delivery service was able to locate us without any problem. Cynthia provided us with multiple ways to reach her in the event we needed anything and even had a large bowl of fruit waiting for us in the dining area (although it did take us a day and a half to realize the fruit WAS real and not just decoration). Great sidewalks and grassy area to take the dog for walks too! Can’t wait to plan another visit to Jacksonville (under better circumstances, of course) and stay at her residence again. Host was very responsive and the place was clean. One thing that I would like to note is that there are many different rooms in the house that are split into different units and it was very easy to hear the neighbors talking and moving throughout.

What I liked about the apartment was the details and decoration. Everything with pleasure! Bonito and not full of trinkets like the vast majority of renting apartments.

Shon was very friendly and helpful. Lovely, clean apartment. The apartment complex had a beautiful pool. There is a game room (in pictures) located conveniently next door to the apartment. We had a short stay but enjoyed!

Actually this was our first Airbnb. We typically stay at high end hotels. However, we thought we would give this a try since so close to where our daughter attends school. Stay was in a like new unit above garage. Host lives in home on property. Very friendly and responsive. Property is stunning with huge weeping willows. One concern was that unit was hot. Unit sits above the garage and has skylights that lets sun in. We turned a/c down a few times but it seemed to revert back to higher temps. Beds were too stiff and uncomfortable for us. Therefore, we had problems sleeping through the night both nights we stayed there. However, with hat said, we would definitely stay there again! The beauty of the property, location to our daughter, and great host makes it a must stay.

Daniel was an amazing host, very communicative, respectful, and accommodating. The home was wonderful with no issues found. 10/10 would recommend and would also visit again.

The area is not far to a main street with restaurants, grocery stores, and clear access to highways. The grill was easy to use and the beds comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. We had a slight hiccup with check-in but the host was very responsive and flexible.

Katie was an excellent host and was always responsive, even to concerns that surfaced later in the evening. She was responsive and always provided friendly and clear communication. The house was in great condition and we felt right at home. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Kristi’s place. My parents rented her in-law suite on the property and it worked out amazing to have the extra room! Would highly recommend it is close to so many amazing restaraunts and a small drive to Town Center!

Eric's place was great for my family for our trip. I was conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean, comfortable and a great value. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was well stocked. One thing to note (this didn't impact us in anyway, but may bother others) there is not a tv in one of the bedrooms. I am just noting this as it may be a big point for some. The property is a great value for the price. We would stay at Eric's place if it was available the next time we are in the area.

Beautiful view. The patio was my favorite place to be. Straight walk to the beach. Very private, updated bathroom I loved. I will definitely come back in the summer.

What a great place!!! Peaceful and serene at night and within walking distance to great times, food, and live music!! Excellent place for a much needed quick get away for a weekend with my sweetheart. Just enough space, with comfortable temperature (because of an overhead fan and AC) and a comfy bed. The towels….smelled AMAZING. You know what I mean. Just out of a shower and a fresh, soft, CLEAN smelling towel IS THE BEST. There were beach chairs and an umbrella available to use, a beautiful view even with cloudy skies. Thank you for a wonderful stay!! I highly recommend this place and would not hesitate for a second to go back.

We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. The place was very clean, comfortable and modern. Location was great.

The place was exactly as advertised. When we arrived, it was not only clean but smelled clean too. The bed was so comfortable and pillows so fluffy we easily fell asleep every night. The view of the ocean was spectacular and sipping coffee on the veranda while the waves crashed on the beach was like heaven. The place is fully furnished including beach chairs and Claire and William were very responsive when we had questions. It was our first vacation in 5 years and they made it magical. Can’t wait to stay there again!

Perfect and easy stay. Great balcony for morning coffee watching the sun rise! Love the location and walking access to so many things!
