Rented this Air BnB for my brother and sister when they came to visit. Great location, amazing rental. Would definitely use stay again!

Zac place is all about location and price. Zac did a great job communicating and the place was clean. It has all the basic necessities one needs. The walls are a little thin and you can hear the neighbors.

Darin and Kim did an excellent job with hosting. Extremely friendly and informative. Really affordable price for our stay as well!

Very close to downtown and highway. There were many nice restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice.

Great location near the beach and walkable to nearby shopping or dining. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Dog allowed, but not on the furniture. The property could use a desk and/ or dresser to feel more like home, but the closets were well designed for hanging. Bathroom is small but functional and the stackable washer/dryer was super. Great value for what we paid; would stay here again.

We loved our stay here! It was even better in person than in the pictures. Comfortable space, beautiful view, and so close to the beach. Great communication as well. We will definitely be back!

First off i had issues getting into the apartment. total operator error lol, and she was so helpful and we both got some laughs at my hard time lol it was all on me. She was a delight yo talk with to figure it out. It's a small apartment but cute and the view from the top is great! The location was perfect for the convention I came to town to work. She even had a little welcome basket of goodies. The only things I'd say to know is the bed is super firm. I like firm beds but if you don't they have cushion toppers in the closet. Also. push the futon to the wall before laying down lol otherwise it will tip if you roll all the way to the edge. We found that out the hard way. The TV you have to gave a phone that will scan a QR Code and a Google account to log in. Besides that little bit, which wasn't bad stuff just things to know, it was great. I will always try to book here when I come into town to work. Perfect place to stay and friendly host!

The apartment is beautiful, as shown in the photos and description on the website. Everything is nearby: shopping stores, restaurants, and a small mall. It is peaceful during the Day and night. Nikita, the host, was helpful. When you send her a text, she answers quickly. I am planning to go back to Jacksonville and would definitely stay there.

Actually this was our first Airbnb. We typically stay at high end hotels. However, we thought we would give this a try since so close to where our daughter attends school. Stay was in a like new unit above garage. Host lives in home on property. Very friendly and responsive. Property is stunning with huge weeping willows. One concern was that unit was hot. Unit sits above the garage and has skylights that lets sun in. We turned a/c down a few times but it seemed to revert back to higher temps. Beds were too stiff and uncomfortable for us. Therefore, we had problems sleeping through the night both nights we stayed there. However, with hat said, we would definitely stay there again! The beauty of the property, location to our daughter, and great host makes it a must stay.

I stayed at this listing for a month and felt safe and comfortable. The unit is a private suite connected to the main house, but you maintain total privacy with in-unit amenities. The space is perfect for one or two guests, and the unit is located for you to enjoy Fleming Island and Orange Park. Jackie keeps the bathroom VERY well stocked also! Of note- for guests working from home, the WiFi is not the fastest. There is a smell of tobacco as mentioned in a previous review, but we did not find it to be an issue during our visit. Great place! Has everything you need. I stayed for a bit over a month and it was a good long term stay. The in unit washer and dryer was a lifesaver. Has all the needed amenities like pots/pans, coffee, plates, extra linens, etc. The host was very responsive and helpful! The area is safe and seems peaceful, no super loud noises except the occasional neighbor or train, it didn’t feel unsafe at any time. Parking is conveniently close. Definitely would book again when i’m back in Jax!

We had an amazing stay at Boho Beach! Carla was super friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The private outdoor space with a hot tub was a great bonus! While the kitchen was small, it had everything needed for simple meals. The place was spotless, with plenty of towels, extra blankets, and beach gear. The internet was excellent, and we loved the cozy living room. Parking was easy, right in front of the unit, and the location was quiet and close to the beach. The stay was well worth the price. Would definitely recommend!

I recently stayed here while visiting Mayo Clinic for the week. Michael’s place was just like staying at home away from home. His place is very clean and well kept up. It is furnished well and very welcoming. Michael was very hospitable and easy to reach with any questions I had. His responses are always prompt, including checking in mid week to ask about my stay. The location is great for a lot of things; both Mayo and St. John’s center are less than 10 minute drive. The beach is around 15 minutes. I highly recommend Michael’s place to those coming to the Jacksonville area and looking for a great place to stay. I will definitely be staying here again if I’m back in the area!

WOW!!! Everything about this rental is exceptional. Will definitely be staying here again when we come back up to this area. From the time we arrived Lesedric always answered any questions, responded right away, and took care of us.

The place was great! Even though we had to share common areas, it worked out great. The other two places were rented at the same time by people other than our family, but it was absolutlely no problem. We made new friends! The only issue that ever came up was the parking. We had rented the space to accomodate my in-laws that were in for the holiday. My children and my husband's sibling wanted to come and visit, but the parking was very limited. We managed it by carpooling from my house that is not very far away. Andrew was very nice and quick to respond to any issues and also very understanding of our circumstances. This place is absolutley amazing and is full of places to just relax for any size group of people. There is always a little nook somewhere to escape to if you need to get away from the rest of the residents. I would totally recommend for vacation or just a get-away!

This is the quintessential example of a “great Airbnb” and was wonderful in all aspects. The location was great, apartment was spotless, comfortable king bed, thoughtful amenities, lots of proactive communication. The hosts were also very accommodating and nice. Would absolutely stay here again.

Brookes place was so quiet, I don’t know if it was because it was down season or what but I never heard any neighbors in the building. The hotel next door however does blast the music until late at night especially on weekends. The place was homey and we felt pretty comfortable. It was a large enough space my parents and brother/sister in law stayed with us including our two young kids, and everyone had their own bathrooms. Was very nice to have access to beach stuff and a private washer/dryer in the unit. I voiced concern to Brooke after my senior mother mentioned she almost fell in the tub during a shower because it was slippery, and Brooke made sure to have two bath tub mats brought to the unit before the day was over. She was very responsive. The kitchen was well stocked. And had everything we needed for basic everyday cooking. Looking forward to staying again.
