Vacation rentals with a pool in Downtown Dubai

The host was incredibly flexible and the most responsive I have ever communicated with, always replying immediately and ready to assist with any issues. Everything in the villa was stunning and exactly as described. I highly recommend it

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! We traveled with two friends, our two children, and our baby, and everything was perfect. The home was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped to accommodate our group. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help us with any issues that arose during our stay. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. I would highly recommend this place to families traveling with children or just even a group of adults – it was an ideal spot for both relaxation and fun. We’ll definitely be returning in the future. As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. Nikolay was a great host. Clear communication skills. Very understanding and was willing to make an exception for me and my family (as a host myself I really appreciate that). The villa was very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has two different coffee machines. I really loved the outlay of the villa, very cozy. I did not get a chance to use the pool which is barely 5 meters from the villa. I highly recommend the villa and Nikolai as a host. One of my best Airbnb experiences

We had a great time and great stay, perfect size for 4 people, lock needed a battery change and he sent batteries in less than 10 mins. Great location, easy check in and check out. Would definitely recommend and come back again.

A very nice place to stay in Palm Jumeirah. Great location with a very nice pool on top of the building and a few minutes to the beach. 5 minutes to the Nakheel Mall which has a lot of good restaurants. About 10 minutes to the monorail. Apartment was nice with a comfortable bed. Bathroom and shower were ok although the space was tight. Good WiFi. Easy checkin. Had a minor problem in bathroom upon checking in but great communication with Jamie who addressed the problem. I liked going to the San Beach for breakfast and dinner, a 5 minute walk away. I recommend staying at the apartment.

My stay at apartment was extremely comfortable. The apartment is spacious and excatly as it is shown on the pictures. The host was very resposive and everything was clearly mentioned which made it very convenient for me to check in. The area is within a walkabe distance from good resturants and the ocean. The host was very prompt to respond and helped us store our luggage in the apartment until we left in the evening. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wants to stay in JBR. We had an excellent stay at George's apartment. Great beds and bathrooms. Supermarket around the corner is very handy. Easy to get a taxi with help of the Careem app. Set the pickup / dropoff point to 'Port de La Mer by Meraas', otherwise most taxi's will get lost.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Dubai Marina! The location is unbeatable—just a 15-minute walk to the beach, with stunning views of the marina, a mosque right in front, and 24/7 restaurants and a supermarket conveniently located nearby. It truly made our trip so much more enjoyable. The apartment itself was amazing—clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family of four, including two small children. Our host, Moncef, went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. He was incredibly responsive to every request, ensuring we had everything we needed, often within minutes. His hospitality truly stood out and made us feel at home. We loved our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again—highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubai Marina!
