Monthly Rentals in Downtown, Calgary

Henry and Carla were very attentative and responded to messages almost instantly. We stayed for 2 months and had to receive some mail to the house, they accomodated even this. The space was well kept and confortable for us and our new baby. We loved the area as it was so close to Lina's italian market and Brittania shopping area (it has so many cute shops). Many things are walkable. I highly recommend this space to anyone needing to spend some time in Calgary.

Who knew that Calgary would be so much fun. August is chock full of great things to do and participate,such as: Taste of Calgary Dragon Boat races on the reservoir Chinatown Festival and Dragon Parade Carib Fest and Parade on Stephen Avenue Walk Muslim Heritage Day Downtown Amazing Calgary Pride Parade & Festival Wilder Institute/ Calgary Zoo ...... and so much more. Now the important part. Elton and Tova's condo home is Great! We settled in after an easy check-in, and we felt like home. The Pied-de Terre had everything we needed. Security was always present. The view from the 8th floor was wonderful. They both responded to our needs promptly. The home was well equiped, shopping was in walking distance, including an amazing Asian supermarket next door. The bed was comfortable and very quiet to sleep.We stayed a month and the washer/dryer was a big plus. Running out a space... Just Stay Here!

Great stay in Calgary. Host was responsive and helpful. The apartment was great! Really well located. Didn’t face any issue with noise. Would recommend!
