Great location, very quiet and scenic but still within 10 minute walk of doonbeg village and also a short drive to Kilkee and Kilrush. Maura makes you feel right at home and was very responsive to any queries. Highly recommend if your looking for a weekend away in West Clare

Had a fantastic stay - clean, tidy and comfortable home. Excellent location for exploring western Ireland, perfect for fabulous food and drinks in the local pubs and restaurants all walkable and definitely worth a visit. We felt right at home, Fionna was easy to contact and really helpful arranging key pick up and check in. Would recommend a stay here.

The Old Postoffice Townhouse was a wonderful comfortable stay, complete with everything you need. A peaceful view of the Doonbeg River across the road with a little parkland. Just a few steps walking distance to a restaurant around the corner. Would love to stay again if we’re lucky enough to travel back here.

We loved Etain’s cosy cottage. We chose it for its quiet location and beautiful surrounding and views. Etain’s instructions on how to find the cottage were simple and clear. It is warm, comfortable and has all what you need for a good, peaceful break. If you love the countryside and would like to have a walking holiday, this is the perfect place. Also, it is very close to a lovely, sandy beach. Etain answered promptly to all our questions. We would love to go back!
