We had a wonderful stay for a family of 5 adults. The location is idyllic and we loved being in Rose and Pier’s villa set in amongst the vineyards and olive groves! It is a short drive to wineries and excellent food in Tuscany and truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend staying here, and we will come again for a future stay in Tuscany! Rose and pier are excellent hosts and greeted us with some very delicious gifts which was so thoughtful and so appreciated after a long travel day.

The accommodation far exceeded our expectations. The view is breathtakingly beautiful - you have the opportunity to grill overlooking the sea. Luca and his family were very nice and always available. The beach is in a few minutes' walk. We also thought it was great to borrow surfboards and kayaks to paddle and store our sup at the bottom of the beach. It is also great that you can use sun loungers and sunshades on the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and even a dishwasher and washing machine are provided. We especially enjoyed the peace and the view!

Francesco and Federica have a beautiful accommodation, with the main amenities and the city center reachable on foot or literally around the corner. Full kitchen accessories for cooking at home in case one prefers. Comfortable bed, comfortable beds, full bathroom and laundry. Great for a long stay.

We were very warmly welcomed. The apartment had a great location. We especially liked the view from the roof terrace. The apartment was clean and super equipped. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back :-)

Susanna gave us an excellent welcome. The house surrounded by nature is beautiful and equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable. The large, fenced garden is perfect for four-legged friends who can play free and worry-free. The quiet area sheltered from traffic gives guests the right relaxation. The center is less than a 5-minute drive or can be reached on foot by taking a nice walk in the green of the Maremma. Amenities - such as supermarkets and clubs - are also less than 5 minutes away. Excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at this B&B in San Gimignano! The house is really nice, with attention to detail and above all very clean. The location is great for visiting the village and enjoying the tranquility of the area. A big thank you to the owners, who were extremely kind and helpful, making us feel at home. Highly recommended for those looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

We had a quick 36 hour stop here during our honeymoon trek though Italy and Sara’s place was a great place to reset and relax for a bit. We loved visiting Volterra (relatively tourist free compared to our other stops) and the guest villa we stayed in was very cozy and comfortable. Sara and her husband were very helpful with anything we needed and they even left us a bottle of champagne on our last night!
