Cute place and private! I would stay here again. Very clean with fun decor- I was also glad that the house was in a safe neighborhood since I was traveling alone. I would catch Ubers from the front driveway of the home to the Capitol- without a problem. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful time visiting DC. The house was clean and more beautiful than the pictures. Beds were comfortable and there were so many neat things to do – board games, ping pong, elliptical machine, TVs w movie channels. Can’t wait to come back in the summer to try the amazing pool! James was super responsive, and the location was perfect – easy access to downtown. If you’re looking for a family vacation house to stay at while visiting DC, this is the place.

My grandchildren and I spent 5 days in Charlotte's immaculate townhome for my grandson's 25th birthday. The townhome is squeaky clean, the kitchen is updated and the rooms are attractively decorated. The beds all have comfortable mattresses. The neighborhood is safe and walkable. We hadn't been to Washington before so I was unaware of distances. Our visit occurred during a rare major snowstorm and the weather was freezing. We are from Florida so we didn't bring boots, hats and gloves (we did buy hats and gloves at the local CVS). In any event, we were relieved to learn that Ubers are almost instantly available and we used them a lot. Our return flight to Florida was cancelled and rebooked for a much later time. I didn't love the idea of spending extra hours in the airport so I called Charlotte for help. Despite the fact that Charlotte had guests arriving immediately after we left she went out of her way to save us from an airport nightmare and we were extremely grateful.

Roberta is a very lovely person! The room was large, clean and comfortable! Definitely recommendable! Nothing to complain.

This was my first trip to DC, and I have to say it was indeed a great one, even though we weren't able to attend the Trump Rally or Inauguration. We were able to visit many museums and sites around the city. The house was perfect for our group. David was very responsive to any silly questions i had, gave us recommendations on restaurants and things to do. The access to the house was easy, great location, walking distance to many stores and Capital, was stocked with all the necessities needed. The uber drivers say this is the place people want to stay. The only thing I wish this house had was access to the main house somewhere for larger groups to gather at night without having to go outside. other than that I give it a 10/10. We are looking forward to returning next year for the Pro-Life March and definitely again in 4 years.

Stuart's place was lovely & well appointed. He was a good communicator. It was perfect for our visit to DC. The Bear Cafe next door had delicious food & interesting architecture. Our dogs even loved the space & enjoyed sitting in the fully fenced in yard watching all the passersbys & cafe goers. We hope to stay in Stuart's place again.

The house is fully stocked with high quality and functional items. All of the beds and linens, including in the kids room, were very comforatable. The neighborhood is quite and there are plenty of options for food and basic items within a short distance. My kids loved the fully stocked kids' bookshelf and game closet. Next trip to DC, we will definitely book again.

It was a great time and good place. It was good for the number of people needing different rooms - just a little smaller than we expected but overall a great place.

Salem explained everything in great detail, which helped us get in the residence safely and find our way there. We thought the residence was wonderful and really appreciated how clean and organized it was. It had all the right and clean kitchen items, blankets, pillows, and towels that we needed. All the beds and furniture was clean and comfortable. Very comfortable all the way around. We are ever so grateful for the opportunity to stay there. Also the garage was a big plus, so nice to be able to park in there while we unloaded and loaded. And no parking on the street, felt our car was safe. We would definitely stay there again given the opportunity and recommend it anyone looking. Great location and a pleasant safe walk to the Union Station, which we loved because we were able to see the neat architecture. Could not have been happier to stay there. Thank you for everything.

The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making our stay so much easier. The place was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. Plus, the location was perfect—close to everything we needed. Highly recommend!

This was a wonderful air bnb to stay in. We had a staycation here for our wedding weekend and we loved it. It’s a gorgeous home and the neighborhood is lovely and quiet.

Lovely home in the Capitol Hill district. 20 minute walk from the Capitol on a quiet side street with street parking. Parking was always easy to find on the same block during our stay. Several grocery stores within a mile to choose from, a coffee shop 2 blocks away, as well as other amenities. The home itself had plenty of space for our group of 5, and would definitely hold larger groups comfortably with the understanding that all will share a shower. Full kitchen with everything you'd need to prepare dinner (we prepared meals and ate in most nights). High end appliances and quality dishes, flatware, pots, etc. Excellent decorative choices elsewhere throughout the home, and quality where it matters: towels, sheets, mattresses, beds. It was very cold outside while we stayed and I can report there are no cold spots in the house: a nice, cozy winter abode. Eric was an excellent host! Great communication and very helpful throughout our stay.

Will was awesome and the house was wonderful. Felt right at home and he was always responsive whenever I needed it. Will definitely stay here my next time I'm in DC. A++ all the way.

Our family of 6 enjoyed Carlos’ house very much. It was neat and had comfy beds. We were there a week, alternating between using the kitchen and eating out. It is only a little over a mile to Union market with great food choices. It was about 15 minutes to the National mall and sites. We weren’t able to spend time on the porch due to weather but it was nice looking and fun.

The place featured seven bedrooms and several bathrooms, few laundry options so it was such an oasis for a traveling group. The home is definitely older and renovated, not everything is brand new but the big living room, kitchen area and beautiful rooftop view, cozy basement arrangements all made up for it. The unit is facing a narrow one-way street so loading / unloading requires some attention. Also the internet was a bit slow so had to reset the modem in the basement. All in all, we were extremely satisfied with the convenience and the size of the home.

I had a wonderful stay! Everything was just as described – the place was exactly what I was expecting. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the entire space was clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experience!

I had an extremely early flight on the day of check-in and Adam was generously allow us check in the morning and told us the password. That let us freshen up after a red eye flight before drive around the DC. His place is beautiful and full of artist works. Nice coffee machine, kettle, in house washer and dryer. Great location, easily gets to anywhere in about 20 mins drive. I would recommend this place to anyone I know who wants to come to DC for a visit.

The home was easy to find and was very close to bus stop. Host provided a snack when we arrived later in the evening. Living area was great for us and beds were so comfortable after a day of sightseeing and after a wonderful shower.

Had a nice stay at Millian’s place. He was responsive and accommodating. The place was perfect for our needs. A quiet location near shops and restaurants.
