Vacation rentals in Washington

Took a quick trip to DC with our two young kids and this place was perfect for us. We enjoyed staying in a quiet neighborhood walkable to restaurants and a coffee shop. A great space to relax in after a long days of sight seeing. Street parking was no problem, always a space out front. Overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Very Nice place to stay in a nice area. Tons of great coffee shops and places to eat nearby. Very comfortable and space is utilized really well. Lay out of everything couldn’t be better. Jordi was a great, responsive, and friendly host.

Jack has been a grade A host from start to finish. Lots of clear communication, easy entrance/check out, and he continually went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful. Cannot recommend the space enough!

We enjoyed our stay here. Quiet neighborhood, clean and well stocked unit with everything you could need. We did hear the family upstairs, no big deal that is to be expected. We would definitely book this unit again!

Perfect location - a short walk from Dupont Circle Metro. Very spacious. Fully equipped with everything needed for a family of 4. There's an AC unit in every room and it works great. Was raining so didn't have a chance to use the roof deck but it looks very nice as well. We ran out of a necessary supply and the host took care of that right away. Overall had a great experience and can highly recommend!

Tracie’s AirBnB was just perfect for our getaway to DC. It’s 0.9 miles from Union Station, making it easy to get to anywhere in the city. The description matches the apartment, which is perfect for two people. The lights are on a motion sensor, the kitchen is fully stocked if you want to cook in, she left OJ, berries, doughnuts, and 1/2 and 1/2 in the fridge. The linens were comfortable and clean. Fresh flowers! Washer/dryer combo for use. Whole Foods and CVS are right around the corner. Coffee bar options galore right in the kitchen- make it your way! Tracie was very attentive to our questions and needs. Great location- felt good to retreat from the busy city to this neighborhood. We were back before dark, so I can’t comment on neighborhood safety at night. Would highly recommend!

Everything was great. Place looked as advertised. Only downside was the on your own parking combined with arriving late in the evening was not ideal.

This is a beautifully renovated and decorated lower level townhome apartment in a vibrant, safe and walkable neighborhood, just a few blocks from the Dupont Circle Metro, and easily accessible to the National Mall and other destinations in DC. So many thoughtful touches - great guidebook and recommendations, luxurious bedding, the Keurig, helpful signage. I second all the previous positive reviews. My family of four (two adults, two teens) stayed for five nights in late April, and the apartment, which was just as described and very comfortable, and location really made our visit.

We had a lovely stay. The space was incredibly clean. Having 3 bedrooms with 3 private bathrooms along with a communal space was amazing. Checking in and out was easy. It was a quick walk to the metro to get everywhere we wanted to go.
