The apartment is in a perfect location, very walkable to the village center and many restaurants and bars. The apartment was very large and comfortable with beautiful light and views of the ski slopes. It was actually much larger than we anticipated; having two floors was very Nice. Karl was very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend staying in his apartment!

We had a wonderful time at the MandlwandLodge! It combines traditional cabin feeling with modern comfort. We had everything we need and felt right home. The place itself is made with a lot of love to detail and it was a warm welcome. The view form the apartment is amazing because the cabin surrounded by the mountains. You also can start a hike directly from the house. We're looking forward to our next stay at MandlwandLodge!

We had an awesome week on the slopes! The apartment was really nice, check-in was easy and we had no problems at all. Only thing that was surprising was that since the apartment was for up to 9 people, we expected 3 rooms, but there were only 2 rooms with 3 beeds (1 double, 1 single) and one couch. But overall great place - would recommend!

A perfect retreat for ski enthusiasts! The location on the mountain allowed for effortless access to the slopes. Rooms were excellently equipped, and the panoramic view of the snowy landscape was breathtaking. An unforgettable stay for anyone looking for the perfect mix of coziness and skiing fun. The ski ins and ski-out for the slopes could only be partially used due to bad weather. But that was not a problem as there is a ski bus that runs in the morning and evening. We'd love to come back! :)

We have been to Obertauern more often, but for the first time in this beautiful apartment and will be back! The size and equipment of the apartment was suitable for five. Karl is a very warm and attentive host - thank you very much! :-)

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Ski bus in front of the door, you can also use the facilities of the hotel. Quiet atmosphere and the apartment has all the comforts. Excellent accommodation with great beds, not a moment regretted our booking!

Have a wonderful stay. Shortly before our arrival it snowed and we were allowed to enjoy 6 days of snow! Right behind the house we had the opportunity to toboggan and take walks in a wonderful, quiet location. Everything was as described. One of the two bedrooms was extremely warm and ventilating was not that easy. The kitchen had everything your heart desires and we would definitely rent the apartment again! In addition, we forgot something in the apartment and Timea immediately makes a delivery possible. It is also available to you at any time and we felt super taken care of.

Everything is great! Jasmin is a very nice, accommodating and helpful host. The place was exactly as described in the text and pictures. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back!

An ideal location in Kitzbühel! The main lift and ski rental are just steps away, making holidays with several kids so much easier. There’s even a special ski lesson area for the youngest children just a few minutes’ walk away. The kitchen and dining area are fantastic—cozy, welcoming, and perfect for creating a true home-away-from-home feeling. With snow-covered mountains framed in the windows, the Christmas atmosphere was simply magical!

Modern, clean flat in a fantastic location with everything we needed for a fantastic ski break. So convenient to the gondola, restaurants, kids' ski school, etc. Christian met us on arrival to show us around, and they provided restaurant recommendations as well. We had a terrific stay! Thank you.

Fabulous apartment, very homely and very well equipped with comfortable beds and plenty of space. We loved the sauna for easing aching muscles at the end of the day! Easy walk to directly access the ski run and a short walk to restaurants/ amenities.

A comfortable, peaceful and spacious 1 bed flat with lounge-dining room and separate kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Awesome views of the mountains. Very convenient for Dachstein West ski area as the ski bus comes to the hotel building which the apartment is in. We loved being able to relax in the hotel saunas too. Gosau is pretty easy to get to by public transport. The journey from Salzburg airport was straightforward and daytrips to nearby beautiful Hallstatt and historic Bad Ischl were worthwhile. Would love to stay in this flat again!

Bernhard is fantastic! To start it off, he was able to accommodate our last minute booking at 1930 day-of after another AirBnb didn't match the description. Then, after already saving our trip, he was so kind and met us at his amazing house and gave us a personal tour complete with instructions for all appliances and the sauna. 10/10 hands down the best host we have ever had. If you feel like something is missing from the house, be sure to look arpund; its got everything! Then the house, it is immaculately cleaned and fantastic all around. During the tour he said that it was just remodeled and it shows. The house is beautifully decorated and he loves to repurpose items in creative new ways. The pictures are spot on, couldn't recommend this house or Bernhard more!

It was beautiful decorated, spacious, quiet, and welcoming. Communication was excellent. Well worth the fee and we only wish we could have stayed longer.

Extraordinarily well equipped, cozy house. It leaves nothing to be desired. Very attentive hostess. Highlighted is the amenities for families. Everything was perfectly prepared for our one-year-old daughter, so we could fully enjoy our stay. We will be back.

We had a wonderful time at this stunning, modern chalet. The house was exceptionally clean and cozy, equipped with high-quality, modern appliances that made our stay incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the tropical showers in the bathrooms and the private sauna — a real treat after a long day. Outside, there’s an electric grill and a spacious jacuzzi where we could fully relax. The property is well-maintained and inviting, with a charming inner courtyard that was perfect for evening gatherings. We were absolutely delighted with everything and can’t wait to come back again. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Just beautiful! We felt very comfortable and would have preferred not to move out at all. The area is a dream, everything important is within walking distance, you are super fast at the lake and the house is also beautiful. We really lacked nothing. Everything was also provided for our children, changing mat, high chair... Everything was there. Our dog was also welcome, which pleased us very much, as it is not easy to find nice accommodations with a dog. It was very quiet and we had lots of space. The terrace is huge and the sauna is also great! I'm sure we'll be back! Thank you for everything!

We stayed for a ski trip as a family of 4 with kids aged 11 and 9. It’s about a 10 min walk to the ski lifts but we were able to leave our skis and boots at the hire shop so very easy. Plenty of room and a well equipped place with the amazing gym deserving a special mention.

What a fantastic place Alma has! Everything was super clean, the house is beautiful even the chocolate on the pillows were there! We went for skiing and Alma had arranged buspasses which were on name! I would recommend everyone this fantastic house! Alma thank you!!🙏
