Vacation rentals with a patio in Desert Hot Springs

This is one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed at! It is just like the photos - absolutely beautiful! The design is fantastic. So unique! So Palm Springs. Amazing amenities. Fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Great porches - sat out on all three! Super close to the pool. Easy to find. Good parking. Quiet neighborhood. The host was proactive and responsive and accommodating. We loved everything about this stay. 10/10 would stay here again!

Timothy and Connie’s place was perfect for us. We felt right at home . It was clean, well Equipped and cozy. Connie was very attentive and friendly. We highly recommend staying in their place!

Legacy Villas…great place to unwind and relax. Lots of pools and hot tubs to choose from…none of which were overly busy, which was nice. There is a nice walking path around the perimeter of the property at the base of the mountains that surround the back half of the property. The place was neat and clean. All the amenities in the kitchen you need to make meals. We spent most of our time on the outside patio. The patio furniture could definitely use an update or a deep cleaning. The cushions on the sectional are well used and not overly clean with lots of stains. Other than that a great place to stay!

A great Airbnb! Everything was perfect but what really stood out was the location. Super close to some great restaurants (can walk there) and it was nice and quiet. For a light sleeper like me it was so nice to not have cars going by or people outside. Inside was exactly as shown and described. Sofa bed wasn’t lumpy or springy. Hosts are extremely nice and responsive.

This air bnb was exactly as advertised! It was very clean and the outdoor area is perfect. It is about a 25 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs, so you are a bit far away. If you’re looking to chill out in the soaking tub or by a fire while enjoying desert views, this place is perfect.

Great location especially for tennis at Indian Wells. Very private bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Never had chance to use pool given chilly weather but looked great.

Perfect for a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle. I had a great time celebrating my birthday with a group of my friends. We were impressed with amenities and great views of the desert and night sky. The hosts were super responsive and attentive to our needs. We would love to come back and recommend you check it out.

Great duplex within walking distance to many LGBTQ hot spots. Large hot tub, full kitchen and BBQ. Owners are so kind by saying “Lumber yard type notices” but it was minimal at best. You can hear to boyz hooping and hollering at Tool Shed some nights but expand your horizons and join them. Great stay. Great property.

The house is very clean, has all listed amenities and very peaceful and the host is super nice, responsive and attentive and very friendly, she also shared an amazing Spotify desert music list for our travel.

Overall wonderful experience! Location: Conveniently located near JTNP, with many local shops & restaurants to check out as well as nearby towns to visit. We visited Palm Springs during our stay. The space: The first thing I noticed was how it was exactly as it looked in the photos, it was great to see it live. Impressively clean space. Amenities: Really appreciated the extra things that were thought of such as a space heater, disposable places/utensils, games, extra BR supplies, SO MANY SPICES & cooking oil! This was amazing as we LOVE to cook. There is no microwave. This was different as we are so used to microwaves. I loved the challenge & discovered you can cook anything without all the modern tech! The bed is super cozy. I slept so peacefully. Feedback: There were many leftover fridge items (okay) and some were expired (can be cleaned) when we arrived. The pressure in the shower was not so strong. The back door lock was a bit off & was challenging to lock/unlock Thank you!

We stayed at the stardust on the Mesa for a mini moon after our elopement in Joshua Tree. The house is very cozy and clean, and with very clear instructions regarding pretty much everything. The outdoor patio area was so relaxing, with the swinging bed & taking hot baths under the night sky. The house is off a dirt road but it’s very private & secluded. Also not to far from town so didn’t seem like a inconvenience to us. Thank yall so much!

We fell in love with the condo as soon as we walked in the door. The mid century decor was adorable. Beds and linens were comfy. Lots of bathroom, kitchen and laundry supplies were there. When we opened the cutlery drawer we were tickled "gold". The views from this second floor unit were of the mountains and palms. Citrus trees were in the Villa. The heated pools were a good temperature, just right. You are a very short walk to all the shops and restaurants in Downtown. Justin let us know about road blockages near us for NYE and for the Film Festival which was much appreciated. Our time flew by and we wanted to stay but work was calling to us to return.

My wife and I stayed at Tim's condo for the month of February. From the moment we stepped in we knew we had made the right choice. The unit was very clean and had some updates which were nice (kitchen/bathroom). It was nicely appointed. The patio is amazing! The views are breathtaking. Barry Manilow's house is just a few thousand feet away on the hill and we enjoyed waiving to him every morning. We can't say he waived back but it's cool none the less to stay in a place where that guy is your neighbor. The grounds are amazing. The pools and spas are nice. We used the pickleball courts often. The people in the complex were very pleasant. You're only a five minute drive to downtown but it's very peaceful here. When we had any needs, Tim was very quick to respond and pleasant to deal with. We'd highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed the unit and the grounds. We will return!

Minor suggestions.....add aluminum foil, Saran wrap, more coffee pods or grounds. Not enough for two people. Glad I brought more from home. Such a great location, setting, great hosts.

Steve was very reachable and very helpful. Place was simple and clean and a great location near downtown, golfing, hiking, walking and resturaunts. I would certainly stay here again.
