It was an amazing experience qualify for best value for money !! Within walking distance about 10 minutes from the Dubai Mall very quiet building. What I enjoyed the most was the free gym The only drawback was the availability of the swimming pool. It was closed during my stay.

It's a great place, we loved the environment and the surroundings. It was very peaceful and at the same time have opportunities for lot of outdoor activities . Place has lot of amenities and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a staycation or in Dubai for a wonderful vacation

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! We traveled with two friends, our two children, and our baby, and everything was perfect. The home was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped to accommodate our group. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help us with any issues that arose during our stay. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. I would highly recommend this place to families traveling with children or just even a group of adults – it was an ideal spot for both relaxation and fun. We’ll definitely be returning in the future. Very good peaceful location

We were looking for a place for my family, coming from India, to celebrate New Year's. Sunrise Homes worked out like a charm, especially since we lived in the vicinity. It is situated in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, with the local market a 10-minute walk away. The seniors in the family had a very comfortable stay. Clean and very well managed by a Superhost, Teuta, who is very responsive, made our holiday memorable.

We loved our stay here as a family. There's a supermarket next door, lots of playgrounds for the little ones, a lovely walk into the creek for restaurants. The host was superhelpfu and quick in his response. We'd definitely stay here again when we come back to Dubai.

Perfect apartment for family if looking to spend time and get around downtown dubai. View from the balcony was amazing. Very secure, secluded yet close to the centre.

Responsive and available hosts. the apartment is well equipped and maintained. the location is great especially if you have children. full of things accessible on foot, mall, restaurants, beauty salon, dry cleaning etc... the apartment gives direct access to the dubai hills park top for sports, a walk or for children. I recommend

Our host was fabulous, very quick to respond to any questions asked before and after arrival, he also met us on arrival and came to say goodbye on day of departure. The luxury penthouse that 11 of us stayed in was Wow, very beautiful with views in every direction. The penthouse was very spacious and clean and we would reccomend. The penthouse was well located in JBR within easy walking distance of JBR Beach, restaurants and shops, also walkable to Dubai Marina. Air con worked well, we had an issue with water pressure one morning, I contacted the host and he dealt with it within 5 minutes, nothing was to much trouble. We asked for extra towels and recieved them same day. We had a couple of issues that did not ruin our stay but could not be dealt with whilst we where staying, the host assures me these little issues have been sorted. We also recieved a welcome bowl of fruit, bottles of water, juice and some alcohol. Thank you for an enjoyable stay, we would you this host again

Easy to reach but far from the center

We stayed here with our 4 kids in 7 days, and it was a great apartment and fantastic location. 30 metres to the supermarket and just in front of the beach. An amazing view and we enjoyed the balcony and two chairs a lot.

Had a great stay at Ahmed’s place. The space was very clean, and Ahmed was proactive in ensuring everything went smoothly. Highly recommend staying here.

Ahmed & Hesham were amazing hosts. The property was exactly as described and it was in a perfect location. My family had a wonderful time.

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment. It’s near to walk to the each, shopping mall and places to eat. We will hopefully return next Xmas .

Easy communication, flexible check in/out, assistance with luggage storage. Huge apartment with stunning marina views from all panoramic windows, side sea view from balcony and one bedroom. Fully equipped - TVs in every room, two coffee machines, juice press, etc. Beach is very close - just do not use Google maps route, use Google map and common sense. Highly recommended.
