A wonderful host and an equally beautiful place. Small details make this house cozy and very lovely. Aleksandr was always ready to help and also recommended us both places where to eat and to hang out. We would really love to come and stay there again.

It's great to have a ski lift nearby if you want to ski. In summer there is a place to walk. There is also a swimming pool nearby (in the main building where the reception). The apartment was clean and warm (there is central heating and an additional electric fireplace).

We had an amazing stay in Bakuriani! The accommodation was perfect—clean, cozy, and in a great location. Elizabeth, the host, was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring everything was flawless during my stay. Thank you, Elizabeth, for making my trip so wonderful! I stayed here for one month. The location and the view can not be beat, it is exactly as pictured and beautiful! The apartment is on the 12th floor and the lift does require change to ride. The building can be a bit hard to find as it is off the main road on a hill, but there are stairs that make it walkable to grocery stores, restaurants and even the park and train station. Lika was wonderful and very responsive. Really enjoyed my time there.
