We were very well received, Caio is an amazing person! Very attentive, gave us several tips, the house is very well located, close to everything. Markets etc. The house is impeccable, very clean, has all necessary utensils in the kitchen, the house is bigger than in the photos. My pets have enjoyed a lot! He loves animals, is a differential, because our animals are welcome!! I got a champagne as a gift, because it's my birthday. I loved it! Flexible hours, me and my friends enjoyed the island a lot, it was very worth it, we will definitely be back..

Our stay was wonderful! The house is way better than the ad photos, super airy, wide and very tasty. Super equipped, kitchen with different appliances available. Pertissimo of the supermarket, which makes everyday life much easier. Extremely clean rooms, good quality bed and bathrooms and lots of smells!!! We chose to hire Amanda aside and it was great, a hand in the wheel and a sweetheart! Marcio was also very helpful and kind in all communication. The location and view of the beach is perfect, really foot in the sand! I highly recommend it!

The 2 air conditioners in the living room and kitchen were great and made a difference.The kitchen is well equipped,with new td, good quality and good taste. Cabem 2 small cars in the garage(but it's quiet to leave another one on the street in front).Casa is almost on the corner of the Costa Azul market, and just over 300m from entrance 2 of the beach! We did everything on foot there,msm c/ 5 children.The tent and chairs he has partnership on the beach was extremely helpful to us. In the house has some beach chairs and tbm cart, boards. The hot pool was amazing tbm! We were super welcome, oriented and served all the time by Igor (homemade), one of the air-conditioners in the room spoiled, and he super struggled, and arranged someone to pack on the same day! The condominium is great, super good location. Gustavo is a super host, always willing. The house is always impeccably clean and needs ZERO maintenance! My favorite place on the North Shore. The house is even better than the pictures. Whenever we needed to ask any questions, both Marcel and the chair were super quick to get back to us. We were at the Vera residence with our two small children. From the beginning, we were very well oriented and with fast and active communication. We were in Ilhabela for the second time and we love hosting at Evelyn's house, a more beautiful and clean house than you can still see in the photo. perfect 😍 very clean , it has sun umbrella beach chair and nois cooler we love and we use it a lot. The house has exceeded our expectations! Everything was exactly as in the pictures and described in the listing — beautiful, well-equipped and very comfortable. We didn't have any issues during the stay. The location is excellent, with markets and bakeries nearby, and the condominium is a charm, super well taken care of. We take great advantage of the pool, which is huge and wonderful, in addition to the game room, which has yielded great moments. The host was amazing: always attentive, quickly answered all our questions and was very helpful. Access to the condominium was simple and quick, and the staff of the condominium were very polite and friendly. The place is identical to the photos. Spacious rooms, super-equipped kitchen, the air-conditioning works well (including air in the living room), green area for children to play… the house is very beautiful!! Andrea (our host) always very kind and was flexible with check-in and checked in, that was great for us that we are from afar and we were able to enjoy more. Parking has only one spot, so if you are in more cars, you will have to have some available space or look for parking nearby. I do not recommend that they stop on the street, because it is very narrow. Note: remembering that Andrea warns about the vacancy, so no one was fooled. Dona Irene was very receptive to us, she gave us information on what to do, which beach to go to, she always responded quickly. Our stay at Nikolas' house was very good, the house is old but well maintained, spacious, great location, quiet place. We were 15 people, we were comfortably accommodated.
