Vacation rentals in São Sebastião

We had an amazing stay! The space is cozy, clean and exactly as pictured. Sônia's hospitality made all the difference, always very attentive and present in the details. A special affection were the warm rolls in the morning, which made our mornings even more enjoyable. We would definitely go back and highly recommend!

The space corresponded with the ad, very beautiful view and a lot of contact with nature! As an improvement, I point out the need to clarify more in the listing about the room being located on a hill, where access is quite steep and can be difficult for some cars. I also point out the need for greater maintenance of the basic ingredients available, as I ended up not being able to use due to the lack of cleaning and replacement.

The house is a charm, simplicity with care, cleaning, attention to Edna and the ladies, all rooms and utensils extremely clean and visibly cared for. The garden of the house is a glow apart, it seems that each plant was thought out and allocated in the perfect space. The showers from the outside area are a party. The integrated kitchen and windows to the outside area bring everything together in an incredible living space. Thank you so much it was great

Our experience in this summer house was truly charming. The condominium where the property is situated looks like a living painting, a small village stuck at the foot of the majestic Serra do Mar. The house, in turn, exceeded all expectations. She perfectly met the announced requirements: clean and airy, equipped with quality utensils and organized in a practical way to welcome guests. The care in every detail is noticed, from the cozy decor to the functional layout of the rooms, which made our stay even more comfortable. Finally, we highlight the impeccable service of the owner, always prompt, helpful and with an agile communication. His attention to making sure everything was perfect made all the difference.

The space matches the listing 100%, it was a great stay and even though it was during the week, Felipe and Carol were always available. The only point of improvement is air circulation, I think there was a lack of some air inlet/window on the opposite side of the space's entrance.

The place clean, spacious, very helpful host, there was no sheet and she went to get it promptly, the point to be improved is the parking lot that sits a vehicle in front of the other, so stay tuned, it didn't bother me because my car got in front. I would easily stay again

Quiet place, surrounded by nature, simple but very cozy and clean accommodation, close to shops, beaches, easy access, transportation to several beaches, accessible hosts, always available when needed, in addition, they gave us tips on tourist spots, I really enjoyed our stay! It was very worthwhile! Super recommended!

The place is great, as well as in the photos. We arrived and found everything clean and smelling, excellent bedding and towels, good furniture and airy house. Very close to the beach (only cross the street). Otimo condominium, helpful staff (set up stall on the beach for guests), hot pool and laundry at your disposal. Rodrigo is attentive and responds quickly to messages. We had an excellent period, I recommend.
