House in quiet and safe condominium, close to local trades and easy access to public transportation. Welcoming, clean and organized space, offering a well-equipped kitchen, new washer, good shower, great double room, comfortable living room with large TV with access to YouTube, Netflix and Prime video. The host is super polite, kind and helpful. Very respectful, it made me very comfortable in his house and when he had to remove something from her, he warned in advance and asked permission to enter her property. An excellent host! All these aspects made my long stay very enjoyable and highly recommended. I am grateful for the welcome.

Great central apartment with a fantastic uninterrupted view over the city. Davi and Lydia responded quickly and delivered necessary information in due time. The building had great facilities and a friendly reception/security staff plus very easy access (face scanner). Highly recommended!
