Monthly Rentals in Crystal City, Arlington

The place is stunning and Janise is a great communicator and very helpful. The apartment building is close to everything (I.e metro, shopping, groceries). Highly recommended to anyone staying in the dmv.

Very clean, comfortable beds, amazing location. We loved the building amenities. Awesomeness that should be noted or corrected in the listing: There is an indoor pool open to all guests year round (w/a lifeguard). A hot tub too, but it was closed for maintenance. The outdoor rooftop deck on floor 22 has amazing views, though the listing doesn't have pictures of either. The outdoor grills shown in pictures is off the common area on the main floor near the pool and workout rooms. Of note: There is no desk, no shelves, no anything to put your suitcase on in the closets, & very few hangers. Generally very sparsely stocked.

Karah and Brennan were the perfect hosts! They were so accommodating and very responsive. The place was true to the photos. Everything matched what was posted online. Location is peaceful and walkable to Mount Vernon, where restaurants and shops line the street. I felt so at home and comfortable, which was important because I stayed there for 3 weeks. I also loved the bed. - which was top quality and not run down at all. Definitely helped me get a good night's rest every time. Will definitely recommend and stay there again!
