Scopriti al naturale nel cuore di Malcesine, cittadina medievale, nel silenzio assoluto della Casa dei Merli, luminosa e curata residenza immersa nel verde e la possibilità di farti un bagno a un minuto di distanza. Non perdere l'occasione di rilassarti con una cena a lume di candela nel tuo giardino esclusivo con vista perdifiato sul Lago di Garda. Attenzione non c'è aria condizionata! Solo ventilatori. È una casa antica normalmente fresca. Con il caldo anomalo come quello dell'estate 2022 la Casa non è adatta alle persone che soffrono il troppo caldo! Casa indipendente immersa nel verde e nel cuore del centro antico di malcesine. Perfetto per due famiglie. Può ospitare fino a 8 ospiti con 3 bagni. Completamente ristrutturato. Oltre alla casa, piccolo spazio verde di pertinenza con vista sul lago, orlato dai merli del castello, dove sarà possibile cenare al fresco in totale tranquillità. Potete sempre contattarmi al mio cellulare, via mail o via sms o wapp. Sarò molto felice di poter accogliere ogni vostra richiesta ed informazione, even in english ou en français u en español. Immagina un piccolo borgo medievale circondato dalla natura. Il centro storico è un intrecciato sali e scendi di piccole vie dove si affacciano le attività commerciali. Non mancano le spiagge, per qualche ora di sole e relax e un tuffo al lago. IMPORTANTE: Tassa di soggiono: per i soggiorni a Malcesine la tassa da pagare è di 1 euro a persona/notte (bambini sotto i 14 anni gratuito).
