They were able to accommodate a late arrival and early departure without an issue. Instructions were very clear, place clean and everything exactly as described. The water in the fridge was a nice addition since we didn’t have time to stop to grab anything. We were unfortunately just taking a quick stop through the town on our way to someplace else. Didn't get to use the kitchen at all, but the shower had fantastic water pressure (even better than ours back home). Hope to be back, the area is beautiful especially in fall with Letchworth state park. This was our first time at their house but not first in the area. Hopefully we will be back where we can stay longer.

We were attending a wedding at Breezeway Barn and Garden and looking for a place close by. This was perfect, about 7 minutes away. This place is very nice. Clean, spacious and well maintained. I would go back again.

Karen was incredibly communicative and helpful. Due to illness, I had to reschedule twice and she was both understanding and flexible. She also made sure to check my schedule before picking a time for the piano tuner to come, which was above and beyond considerate.

Great one bedroom apartment! Beautiful bathroom and living room!! Definitely will book again!
