Monthly Rentals in Court House, Arlington

This place was wonderful! Walkable to restaurants and the metro, but still felt private. Clean, comfortable and peaceful. Felt right at home and Kelly is a wonderful host, with clear communication and very helpful. Will definitely want to stay here when I return to the area!

Owners were so welcoming and openly available with communication! The spaces cleanliness was top tier. All the necessities you’d need such as lint rollers, iron, iron board etc etc they have! Definitely worth the stay and money!

I had a wonderful week long stay. Courtney was very responsive and accommodating. The space was spacious and clean and in the perfect walkable neighborhood. The metro station is a 10 minute walk making all of DC accessible. I will definitely be booking again when I come back. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!!

Clean, comfortable, safe apartment in a fantastic building with lots of amenities and a great location. I’ve stayed at a couple of Sojourn’s places and highly recommend them all.
