Monthly Rentals in Coto de Caza

I already miss this place. We stayed over a month here. The place looked just like the photos. Everything looked new and the place was very clean. The location was perfect! It was easy access onto the freeway and you can get anywhere quickly including the beach! The yard was really nice and private. There is a table outside to enjoy coffee or have a meal in the beautiful weather. And when any issues did come up the host was very responsive. I can't say enough nice things about this place. I would easily come back!

This was my second time staying at Kalina's 1 bedroom suite, which is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Mission Viejo. Kalina is a terrific host. She responds to questions promptly, addresses requests quickly. The kitchen is nicely equipped and Kalina makes it even more pleasurable by providing coffee, tea and other supplies. A short walk takes you to an Oso Creek trailhead and a very nice public park. Great location, comfortable lodging, for a very reasonable fee. What more can one ask for? I hope to stay here again next winter.

Love DonnaMae and her attention to her guests dm but not in your space. I need a tool for my bicycle and she brought out what she had so i could use it i thought so kind of her. The studio cottage is perfect for urself or a couple. There’s plenty Space outside also to eat or read etc. Cool hiking and biking trails very near by as well if you wanna get exercise. I wish i stayed longer to explore the town but was perfect for me. Thx DonnaMae for the pleasant experience!

This place very nice, me and my wife we love it. quiet, surrounded by nature and can see snow on moutaint not far from this place.we stay for week we feel like a home. Matt's super host. you are not disapointed while you stay. worth it for you pay, recommend for who wanna out of town and stay in peace👍👍👍👍👍
