Monthly Rentals in Coosawattee River

Cute little place with plenty of space for me to work while I was there. Quick drive to downtown for any needs. It was quiet and peaceful. Maria was amazingly friendly and attentive to make sure there wasn’t anything else I needed. Her instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. Will definitely come back if I’m visiting the area again!

Trevor’s place has a great view and was comfortable for our stay. It’s dog friendly, which is an added bonus. The fenced in dog walk area was a nice touch. We would be happy to stay here again when visiting the area.

Lovely spot. We were created at check in. The host was very responsive to my hundred questions. The kids loved the amenities! Darts pool table. Community rec center with indoor pool, basketball, tennis, put put, arcade. It rained and they still had plenty to do. Great stay and sweet couple!

Our group of adults, infants and dogs had a wonderful time at Seavey's place and the views looked better in person than the pictures. It was also very convenient to walk to the lake nearby which is gorgeous with just pure nature around it. It was very helpful to have the fenced in area for our dogs to wander around outside. And Seavey was very easy to communicate with. We would love to stay there again in the future!
