Monthly Rentals in Cooks Hill

Rose's apartment ticked all the boxes for our recent stay in Newcastle. The apartment was pristine clean, light filled and very comfortable. And its location is the best in Newcastle, with short walks to Darby St, Bar Beach, Hunter Street and the Cricketers Arms literally just around the corner (a bonus surprise and perfect for that relaxing post activity schooner in the afternoon). As regular interstate visitors to Newcastle we have stayed in Port Stephens, Merewether, Honeysuckle and Hunter Street but Cooks Hill generally and Rose's apartment specifically is the pick of Newcastle locations. It is also simple and easy to get to from Newcastle Airport. Thank you Rose for allowing us to stay in your lovely apartment and we have now found our 'go to' apartment for our future stays, of which there will be many.

This was a very good place to stay. As well as the advertised and expected things, all the extras made all the difference. Welcome gifts on arrival, washing powder, an umbrella to use if needed, glad wrap, aeroguard, containers to store food etc. All the things you have at home and don't necessarily take on holiday. We brought bikes and Jenny happily accommodated a 'parking' space' undercover and out of sight. Everything was very clean. Supermarket, shops, cafes and restaurants are very close. A few bus routes are nearby. We would happily stay again. Parking is on the street. It was not a big deal and we nearly always parked out front or very close. Looking for a space in business hours was the only time parking was limited.

We loved our six night stay in this beautiful home in Cooks Hill. The accommodation was excellent with all the amenities you could need plus comfortable beds, lovely lounge area, and great aircon and fans. The location was perfect. Easy access to most places by foot but also easy to drive around too. We loved feeling like locals with pizza night at The Oriental, and coffee at the Corner House. Would easily recommend and stay again. Thanks again for your hospitality.

Pinehurst was fantastic. A beautifully presented property in one of the the best locations in Newcastle. Highly recommend.
