This was our 9th stay here - it is truly our HAPPY PLACE! The house is so comfortable and homey. We love the amazing kitchen which is is perfect for entertaining our local friends (we always end up spending hours sitting at the kitchen table even with the well appointed and comfortable living room ;) Saw many deer enjoying the pond and spent hours hiking at Comlara. Already counting the days til our next visit in July. Kevin and his family are the BEST HOSTS! THANK YOU so much for sharing your family's home with us! It is such a blessing.

Our stay at Red River Farms in Eureka, IL, was nothing short of magical! This charming farmhouse was the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, offering plenty of space with four bedrooms, seven beds, and two bathrooms—ideal for a relaxing getaway. From the moment we arrived, Chad, our host, was amazing—friendly, attentive, and full of great local recommendations. He truly made us feel welcome and ensured our stay was seamless. The farmhouse itself was spotless, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful countryside views made it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Whether you're looking to unwind by the firepit, enjoy a morning coffee on the porch, or explore the local area, this place has it all. We can't wait to come back!
