House vacation rentals in Conception Bay South

Gordon was very helpful example we needed an iron as it was a business trip and he went out on short notice and purchased one for us. The house and property are beautiful. We had a perfect stay there and highly recommend.

Our stay was absolutely a dream. The bridesmaids of my wedding and I stayed here & it was simply perfect. Such a beautiful location.

Had the best weekend getaway with my girlfriends! 🥳 The hosts were amazing—super responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was exactly as described, which was such a relief. We did have a tiny hiccup with a leaky toilet, but no biggie. We got to meet Skipper, who came over right away to fix it. Seriously, he's got the best “poppy” vibes and was so friendly. This spot was perfect for us gals who just wanted to kick back, relax, and indulge in some serious snacks. 🍕🍷 The swim spa across the way was a fun add-on! We didn’t check it out until the second night, and we regret not going sooner. It’s such a cool addition with a little changing room and a bathroom for convenience. Thoughtful touches like that made it even better. Highly recommend this place for a laid-back, fun escape! ✨

Ian's place is lovely, very clean and cozy. It was just what we were looking for, lots of space and lots of extra added touches such as menus for local restaurants. Ian was very friendly and quick to respond to my messages. I highly recommend his place.

The location close to MUN was convenient yet tucked out of the way enough to be fairly quiet. Brian met us at the house for check-in and was both friendly and helpful. The house is nicely appointed, comfortable, and clean. We would happily stay there again!

Very spacious older home with newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms. Clean house conveniently located near downtown. Hosts are great.

This is a great spot for people who are familiar with St. John’s or who are from out of town. It’s very walkable with great coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants very close by. It was comfortable and cozy. I love staying at places that have real plants! Thanks for making this sweet little spot pet friendly with a yard space. That can be hard to find downtown. Will def be staying again!

I've stayed in Karen and Shane's lovely home several times now, and as always, they were great hosts, responding very quickly and helpfully to any questions I had! Their house is so comfortable to stay in - very spacious, clean, nicely furnished and relaxing - and located in a very nice, quiet neighbourhood that's also close to amenities, beautiful Bowring Park, and just a short cab ride to downtown.

We stayed with our two dogs, for a long weekend getaway. Michael was very responsive when we had questions, and the place was exactly as described. It is very spacious, cozy, and felt like home - when we first walked in, we commented on clean it smelled. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and being only a 17 minute walk from our dinner reservations downtown. We have actually booked another stay already with Michael and Barbara in another of their Airbnb properties, for a few months from now. Highly recommend this spot if you're visiting St John's with a dog or large group. One small note about the dogs - the yard is not securely fenced, so we brought long lines to keep our dogs secure. Thank you Michael and Barbara!

Beautiful home in lovely St John. It was a short but wonderful trip, & the home was a perfect resting place. Much appreciated. Just as pictured & close to all the places you’d want to check out nearby. Definitely recommend. Hopefully we get a chance to visit again. It’s well worth it

What a great spot to stay. So peaceful, private and quiet. Tyrone was there to answer any questions in a very quick response. If ur looking to get away and relax this is the place to go for sure. Love the antique style. In the basement there is a tv and fireplace I could stay there for ever lol. Ty Tyrone!

We had a great weekend in Northern Bay Sands with our kids. Beautiful views out the windows and the hot tub at night was a treat! The house was clean, kitchen was well stocked, and bedrooms were very comfortable. A perfect place for a family getaway.

This was our second time booking this place and we loved it again! This is our favourite getaway in the city when we have a special date or free time. The unit is cozy and always clean with a nice kitchen and 2 bedroom units. Also, the hot tub is fantastic! It has great privacy fences and roofing so it is perfect for winter use and a great place to enjoy conversations or a late-night soak in any weather (even the windy St. Johns weather). The hosts are great and very communicative at any time, we had a slight issue at a late hour and they instantly responded and were very kind.

Beautiful house, great location. Ian was very helpful and responsive to our questions . The location was ideal -close to restaurants and coffee shops. The house contained every thing we needed for a great winter getaway.
