Ideal apartment, for frontier or looking, located next to the Tramway. It has all the essentials for a long stay, table and iron with stretching, all types of kitchen accessories and products. The big plus is that there's a lot of storage. The layout of the terrace is very appreciated with shrubs and a perfect orientation which, despite the warmth of July/August, makes it not felt. For a stay on these same dates, provide a mosquito repellent to optimize the use of the terrace. There is a box in the basement, although a little difficult to maneuver, very convenient. Small parking nearby as well. The building is quiet and secure, the locals are very courteous and respectful. There is a private outside area of the building. The host is very pleasant. The apartment offers a very large area and is very well furnished. I recommend and thank Pascale for her kindness.

I stayed here for two months and had a pleasant experience. Benjamin was responsive, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. The place is newly renovated, very clean, and the bed was particularly comfortable. It’s conveniently located, about a 15-minute walk to the Annemasse train station or a 5-minute walk to Tram 17, which goes directly to the center of Geneva. The Carrefour Express nearby is very convenient for picking up dinner or essentials.

Louis is a very accommodating host and always available to answer our questions, which made our stay very enjoyable. The accommodation is spacious, very clean and very well equipped, everything you need to feel at home. In addition, it is conveniently located, close to amenities and restaurants. We recommend this place with our eyes closed and hope to come back the next time we visit!
