This condo right on the River Walk in San Antonio is an A+ place to stay. The location is just perfect , close to downtown but far enough away to be peaceful and calm. The property is just as described and is safe and cozy. We really enjoyed late evenings sitting by the river walk and enjoying the Japanese restaurant downstairs. We loved warm afternoons by the pool. I would definitely recommend this place. Also, Richie was so prompt in responding to all my questions. The getting in and out process requires an app on a cell phone and although I am proficient using my phone, I was a little nervous about the app. It worked just fine. No need for worry

Second time staying at Georgia and Eric’s in Canyon Lake! It was just as peaceful and cozy as the first time! Enjoyed exploring Wimberly and going back to our favorite spots in New Braunfels. The place is clean, quiet, private, and the hot tub is a great plus.

We had a great time! House was nice for the weekend getaway we had and close to downtown so my husband could attend a conference on the Riverwalk area. They had games and books for kids and were quick to answer our questions when something came up. It was a great place!

Perfect location, and everything is walkable! We only needed an Uber for the airport, and going to the Spurs game. The place is smaller than expected, but perfect for my boyfriend and I. If anyone else was with us, I think it would have been too small. Angela was very responsive when needed, and all the instructions were clear. The building itself is older, although this is minimally reflected in the actual apartment. Definitely recommend staying here if visiting San Antonio!

The place was very nice, spacious and just a short drive into the city to do fun activities! Lisa, Andy and George were very fast with their replies and overall very reliable hosts. As this was my first time using Airbnb, I will be sure to stay here again!

This place worked very well for us, as it was near our family in Fair Oaks Ranch. It took a minute to find the address, but from then on it was simple. Allison is great to work with. It's a cute place. In warmer weather, the deck would be a nifty place to sit. One needs transportation from this place, so a car or family to pick you up and drop you off. The upside is no traffic. You feel out in the country. Being from downtown in a big city, that aspect is quite fun. Thanks, Allison

We had a great time at this location. We made sure to take some white noise with us and we had a great sleeping environment. We had a great atmosphere for drinking coffee in the mornings or a glass of wine during the evenings on the patio. Thank you!

We had an excellent stay at this Airbnb! The house was spotless, especially the bathrooms, and everything was exactly as pictured in the listing. The host and property manager were incredibly responsive, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The location was ideal—just minutes from downtown and close to other local attractions. Inside, the home was beautifully decorated, and we were especially impressed by the stunning artwork throughout. The kitchen was well-stocked, which made it easy to prepare meals for our group of five adults and one child. While the pool was a bit chilly, the warm weather made it a refreshing way to cool off. Overall, we loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-located place to stay.

We enjoyed staying at Bahram’s home. It’s close to downtown. Quiet. Private. Not many extra blankets was a downside. Not as clean as I would prefer, personally. Overall it’s a good stay, convenient location and responsive host.

Great 1 bedroom condo that had the amenities of a private home but with the convenience of a condo. The team was extremely responsive and accommodating.

I have stayed in 100s of airbnbs across the globe. Erin’s place is flawless. Close enough to walk to Austin, a BEAUTIFUL riverfront path for jogging or walking, nearby paddle boarding, but also walkable for things like restaurants, UPS, Walgreens etc. It’s a short drive to the Alamo if you’re a movie fan, fifteen minutes from the airport. Five minutes from downtown by uber. Forty minute walk to the bat cave. Plus the place is clean. Cozy. Quiet. The washer and dryer for clothes were so helpful. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen with incredibly sharp knives. Nest thermostat for weather control, ceiling fans if you prefer a breeze. In addition Erin is an absolute sweetheart, available for any possible question and very sweet throughout our entire two week stay. 10/10 Will return.

Stayed here to really take in the Austin scene. Just a heads up most places on Rainey are closed Monday and Tuesday. This place was perfect location wise. We walked all over, even to the University of Texas. Restaurants and hot spots were great and we watched the bats from the rooftop pool. Only thing I wished we had was a grocery store that had more food options. The royal blue was great but we would have preferred steaks to cook. Whole Foods is down the street but you would want to drive or get a scooter to help with the trek back. All in all ,this was perfect for us and we would highly recommend to anyone who asks where is the best place to stay and get the full Austin experience 😊

Great place to stay in an area that is not as popular as it will be. The area is walkable for restaurants and bars. At the same time, there are also a wide array of options for exercise and outdoor fun. And Himesh provides all the information you’ll need and more. Super friendly communication and accurate instructions for check-in and check-out. We’ll be back!

We stayed here for the SXSW conference and we loved it. The location is great and only 15 minutes walk to the SXSW venues, and it felt like home. The price was also reasonable compared to the hotels in this area and we will definitely come back in our next trip :)

we enjoyed our stay in Austin for our anniversary. place allowed us to chill as if we were home while we explored the food scene that was a quick walk our drive near by. comfy couch and bed. clean kitchen. near a bodega to pick up snacks and drinks to take back. Great view. thanks for the stay.
