Monthly Rentals in Columbia

I loved staying at Lora's place: peaceful neighbourhood, quiet building, and just five minutes walk to USC campus. I stayed for a month while on a research fellowship at USC and this is the perfect place for an extended stay. Lora and Tatiania responded to my queries immediately; building management were also helpful in eg issuing parking permits.

Byron is a great host! We rented the unit for three months and has everything we needed. He made us feel at home and has great insights of the area. This is a very comfortable studio apartment and Byron provided some great snacks to get us started. I highly recommend this AirBNB if you are visiting the Columbia area. It is a great value with exceptional service!

The place was cozy and clean. The park acrosss the street was also pretty cool. Its super quiet where this is located. It was stocked pretty nicely also. Omar is a pretty cool dude! He was always answering questions for my before relocating which made things easier when i arrived. Thanks again!

John and Pattie were very good hosts they responded fast made me and my partner feel right at home. The air bnb was very nice no problems or anything I totally recommend staying with them.
