I cannot recommend this stay more. The location is amazing if you’re looking to be within walking distance to the heart of downtown Denver while also getting a quiet nights rest. In addition to the amazing location, Allan’s recommendations were absolutely priceless. He clearly knows the city and all of its best spots! The place itself was also incredibly cozy. Allan has everything by set up for you to have the most wonderful trip!

This place was the best around cortez. I loved how comfortable and cozy I felt immediately arriving, our host was considerate and friendly 😊 would recommend!

Blair’s place was phenomenal. I stayed for nearly a month due to work in Denver, and it made me feel right at home. Also, a perfect base camp for weekends exploring the mountains! Very responsive and super friendly. Would gladly stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Fort Austin. This was a perfect getaway for both of us and our dog. Tim was very friendly and he even made a fire for all his guests the last night that we were staying there. I can't wait to go back to Fort Austin and relax with the serene views and mountain alpenglow. This is an absolute gem and a perfect place to escape for the week or weekend. Thanks Tim!

Exceeded expectations. The hosts thought of everything. So many amenities. So much charm. Everything was clean and lush. We used the fireplace inside, the firepit, hot tub, and lights outside, and all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Not a single issue with anything. No guesswork. Instructions were detailed and easily available. I stay in a lot of airbnbs all over the world, and this one was the best I've experienced. Highly recommend.

Susan was a great host. We reached there at night time so could not meet with her in person. Next day before leaving, she came to us and engaged in a communication. She sounded very friendly even provided us with local recommendations for restaurant and places to visit. I would recommend anyone visiting the area to consider staying here.

The place was perfect for me and my family. She allows dogs which was great cause we wanted to bring our fur baby to go hiking with us. Tina was willing to give me recommendations and was always responsive. The hot tub and massage chair were great, our teens loved them both. Perfect distance from Colorado Springs that we got to see the beautiful mountains every time we went into town. Thanks for allowing us to stay. :)

We had a wonderful stay at the good vibes house with our family of 9! There was plenty of room. The anticipation felt by all was awesome and this home exceeded our expectations. Our adult kids got the biggest kick out of exploring all the different features of this unique home (Lamps, lights, art, murals, creative designs, fun attic and other bedrooms.) Our daughter made a scavenger hunt within and around the home as a present. We loved the comfortable beds, nice showers and the sweet balcony. The home had a nice smell and the sheets, fridges, bathrooms were very clean. The two fridges made cooking and eating so easy and we had plenty of dishes and cookware available (I love the cast iron skillets.) We have already talked about making sure to rent this home for another vacation in the future. Caroline was super responsive to our questions. I highly recommend the Good Vibes home to anyone wanting a fun, unique experience. Well done, Caroline!

The home is very centrally located and there are some great restaurants, shopping, etc. very nearby. Very convenient and Lori was quick with response to all questions.

Its a nice little comfortable house Amelia was very friendly and ahe responded right back when i had questions which is very important. My family enjoyed staying in the little casita.

Laura's place was nice, very clean, had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend to others for a nice comfortable, in expensive place to stay.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The host went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from their warm welcome to their prompt responses to any questions. The house itself was fantastic – clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail really stood out. I had a great time staying at their place in capital hill! It was quite walkable to parks, food, and other attractions. Also, there’s a bus stop only a block away that is convenient if you don’t have a car. The unit was also great! I worked from here for a few days and had great wifi. They also responded quickly when I realized I did not have any oven mitts. Would visit again!

Exactly as advertise! My brothers and I enjoyed our time at Mark’s place. It was clean, spacious and easy to find. If you’re looking for host that’s responsive, polite and provides a cozy, clean, spacious place, then Mark is your guy! We’ll definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks Mark!

We just stayed at Brian’s place over Labor Day. He was incredibly helpful and let us check in early after a bad experience at another airbnb. His place is INCREDIBLE. 360 degree views of downtown Denver, the Rockies etc. We sat outside every evening - it was so lovely. He lives within walking distance of coffee, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. It was so easy to get everywhere we wanted to go from his place. Also the place itself is great- he has an incredible bathroom with a 3 head steam shower and a soaking tub. We will stay there the next time we are in Denver if it’s available!

Great price for the accommodations. Very short drive to WP ski.

Been lucky enough to stay for 6 weeks in Karen’s excellent apartment. Karen was super quick at responding to any questions we had and was always friendly and helpful. The apartment was perfect - great location, within easy walking distance of Bear Lot (and the buses to the ski lifts). Local buses (all free) picked up right outside. The area/apartment was super quiet too. The apartment itself looks exactly like the pictures - really good lay out, plenty of space (and storage) and really comfortable - we settled in very easily. Thank you Karen for an excellent stay. We’d definitely recommend your place.
