It was everything we were hoping for and the hosts were great!

We had a great stay at Margo's cozy cabin over Christmas, Margo met us after we arrived and explained details on the cabin. We loved the location being close to family.

Love this place, our second stay here for New Years. Rebecca worked with me to get us in at the time we planned to be in the area and we love spending time there, absolutely love the wood stove it's the one thing I won't budge on when in the area so I'm very happy to have a great place to stay on top of that.

Cute, comfortable, quirky space with a well-equipped kitchen and other basic necessities throughout. Josh and Tomas were both wonderfully communicative. One caveat: Had I been traveling alone, and not with my partner, I would have been concerned about the seclusion of the path that leads from the street to the cottage behind the larger home the cottage. While the path is lit, the area is hidden. Otherwise, this was great for our three-night stay.

Really wonderful place! It was beautiful and clean and had everything you’d need. Of course, the shower was as described and is not a standing shower but since I’m 5’4 I really had no problems with it and found it better then a couple standing showers I’ve had at other Airbnb’s. The area was great for walking around or catching the bus anywhere in town. Greg was very helpful. I was staying there for a bit and needed some packages delivered and he was very kind about the whole thing. I’d definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed the stay - When technical issues arose Kayce was right on it and eager to solve any problems behind the scenes so we didn't have to worry about anything as the guests!

We stayed at Samara and Drew's again because it is walking distance to downtown Golden, the Clear Creek Trail and The Colorado school of Mines. The apartment was festively decorated for the holidays. It felt like home. Samara and Drew are always available to answer questions and give suggestions. The apartment is tastefully decorated, super clean and well stocked with everything we needed to feel comfortable. We look forward to staying with them again.

What a wonderful place! Before we arrived Debbie got ahold of us asking when we might arrive. She asked because if we were arriving after dark they wanted to leave lights on for us, very considerate. Upon arrival Debbie greeted us and showed us how to use the hot tub, turning on and adjusting jets, adjusting the heat, opening and closing the cover. On the first night of our stay there was a power outage. They hooked up a generator and were able to restore power to the lights and tv. Before they were able to get the generator going they brought us flashlights and a small battery powered light we could hang on the wall. The place matched the pictures online perfectly, it was exactly what we expected. The only exception was the flowers weren’t blooming but it’s February 😁. The Airbnb was very clean and comfortable, the hosts were awesome, the hot tub was fantastic and we very highly recommend staying with Deane and Debbie. They went above and beyond to make us feel right at home!

Cute place for myself and 2 kids, 11 & 13. They enjoyed the loft area and the ladder access. Bright and clean space for a short staycation. Enjoyed the comfortable King size bed and the linens used! Matt was responsive for any questions I had before and during our stay. Thank you!

Such a cute place! Aimee and Justin were super communicative and helpful, and the neighborhood is wonderful and super walkable. Recommend for a few nights in Denver, definitely!

Overall, it was absolutely lovely, great value for the location, which is surrounded by mountains. The bed was very comfortable, and the space was spacious and very nicely renovated. I soaked in the tub every night, as it is deep and really held the heat of the water. Communication was always great and was appreciated when I had a hard time getting in because the lock was sticking. I tried for about five minutes and decided to contact the owner, who responded immediately and suggested I tried pulling the door inward and it worked and I was in. I walked the Palisade rim trail twice because that was absolutely gorgeous and I attended a comedy night at one of the local wineries. Close enough to Grand Junction to take in events and restaurants there as well. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely loved it here! It was so cute, and very comfortable. We absolutely loved the aesthetic of the place, and it was extremely clean, along with toiletries and amenities. Private and just a few minutes drive to downtown so to us it was the perfect location! We will definitely be back!

I loved this place. We stayed for one night and it was prefect. It looked exactly like the pictures and the instructions provided were very easy to follow. Ben was very responsive and helpful. The location was great! We had great views and tons of restaurants near by. It’s about a 15 drive to garden of the gods. I would definitely come stay here again.

Amazing Stay! Highly Recommend! I had an incredible stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Frank (the host) was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The location was ideal—close to Old Colorado, but still quiet and relaxing. The little thoughtful touches, like snacks, comfy bedding made the stay even more special. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! 🌟👏🏾

Cute little place, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Worth every penny. I only stayed a night, but would have stayed longer if possible. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Hosts were kind with great communication. You can’t go wrong. 😊

This was our second time staying here. It's an adorable place that is so centrally located. A very short walk to the shopping and restaurants on Main Street, close to the dog park and hiking trials. Would recommend!

Short walk to the Broadmoor, which is exactly what I needed, and at a very reasonable price compared to other options. Katherine was very responsive and I loved the place! It’s very cosy and private. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Couldn’t ask for more!

Had all the extras anyone could need. Great place to stay. Will try and stay there next time I’m in town.

Aliisa & Scott have the perfect landing pad to explore everything Durango has to offer. The location is quiet, central, and walkable to downtown. There are several trailheads close to the Airbnb as well. We stayed for a week as a family of 4 (2 young kids with us). The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to prepare meals for the week. The beds were comfortable and we liked all the homey touches that made this a great stay- cute plant decor, an air filter, dispensable ice/cold water from the fridge, plenty of tissue boxes, etc. Also, the water pressure in the shower was amazing and definitely notable. However, what blew us away was the great communication by Aliisa and her family. They were very friendly and kind while also ensuring privacy. They provided an e-bike to commute and also had an extra step stool for our young kids to use. Overall this was a fantastic stay and will definitely be first on our list the next time we stay in Durango.

The photos do NOT do justice to the beauty of this location. There are literally thousands of archeological sites in the area and the central location is a dream, especially in the winter when it can get cold at night. You know those real estate photos that make a house look larger? Well, Lynn's photos make the place look smaller. Plenty of space for a couple with a convenient kitchen. The biggest attraction is the radiant in-floor heating in the bathroom. So nice to stand after a shower and feel the warmth moving up from the feet. Got a sense of the outdoors between the wide open space around the cabin where a buck was chasing females for hours one evening. Definitely a beauty and at an great price. Can't beat that.

Yonder Mountain Retreat exceded our expectations. I just can't say enough about it: High end kitchen and bath, immaculate, wonderful views, and great hosts. It may even be better than the photos in the listing. We enjoyed xc skiing on Grand Mesa so the location was perfect-only about a 15 minute drive. We have stayed in quite a few vacation rentals and YMR is at the top. Thank YOU!!

Peter’s place was nice and clean. Peter communicated well when I had question’s. The neighborhood was nice and quiet also. Was not too far from stores and a few restaurants. I would stay again if back in town.

Don’t look any further for houses. This house is perfect. Updated beautiful place and super clean. The views are amazing. We saw deer everyday and some turkeys. Will definitely be staying there again. We slept with the windows open and felt completely safe. It’s about 40minutes from Durango and it’s a beautiful drive!
