Good place to stay for à family of 4. Well located to visit the Cinque Terre. Nice view from the apartment.

We had a lovely stay at Carlo and Elena's. The fenced garden and pool were a real plus. Not to mention all the little touches Carlo was able to have for us, and even a gift for our little puppy. The place is peaceful surrounded by mountains with beautiful views. We would recommend this house and its host because everything was perfect!

Like last year, I stayed here with my friends for the lucca comics, a super choice due to the peacefulness of the area and the spaciousness of the house

I booked this house with 2 friends for Halloween and comics. Although maybe the chalet is more suitable for romantic couples, we had a great time, a beautiful and tidy house, a spectacular place that is kind and nice. Highly recommended, then there's the barbecue, which is no small thing:)

Our stay at Giacomo's was very nice. We were a group of 6 and had good space in and around the house. The kitchen had everything relevant, the beds are comfortable and the garden is mega large and beautiful. Giacomo and his parents are very nice people, we even received a cake which was very very tasty. Giacomo also gave us tips for the area and accommodated our needs. We thank Giacomo and his parents for the lovely stay!

Very nice place with everything you need for a successful vacation. The kitchen and especially outdoor kitchen were well equipped to easily cook nice dinners for a bigger group. The pool was very nice. The house was clean and the bathrooms looked completely renovated. The best part was the hospitality of the owners. Very welcoming people that know the answer to all your questions about the area. Would recommend!

Thank you so much to Rossella and Roberto for a wonderful week! The apartment is very lovingly furnished. Everything is provided. There is a great balcony and a large fenced terrace. The view from the balcony is magnificent. Everything is very clean. Rossella gave us many tips and was always available and helpful and very friendly. Everything was perfect :-) We would love to come back again.

Leonard and his wife were very kind and welcoming, beginning to end. They were very responsive to our contacts with them and proactive in ensuring we were comfortable and had all we needed. They kindly invited us to join them and the wider family at a homemade pizza party in the garden one evening and later even brought us unexpected sweet treats. The property and it's garden estate were beautiful. We had gorgeous views from 3 sides of our apartment , mountains one way, across the valley another, and over the large garden on the 3rd side. All of the outlooks beautiful. It would be perfectly possible to use taxis and trains to get around the general area though having our own car there was very convenient for shopping and travelling as some attractions and facilities are several miles away. I feel our trip would have been less rich without a car. I'd describe the apartment as comfortable if rustic, but we had all we needed whether cooker, fridge, micro, washing machine etc.

The house was extremely clean, cute, and cozy, as was the green space outside. The hosts immediately welcomed us as if we were at home, making themselves available for any need but,above all, treating us as members of their family. Being always welcomed with a smile and kindness is not even comparable to the best luxury hotels so I thank you very much for having lived thisexperience and I recommend anyone who wants to visit the ( beautiful) area to do the same!!

I was a guest at Elena's with my wife, pregnant in the ninth month and my 2-year-old son. The apartment is on the first floor of a beautiful renovated villa and can be reached with a spiral staircase. The room is very bright with thoughtful details. It has everything you need for a really relaxing stay: air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a very comfortable bidet and shower, a spacious balcony. The terrace is located on the roof of the villa and can be reached with outdoor access to the apartment by spiral staircase (the same one that leads to the apartment): huge, with views of the trees and the Alps, furnished with sunbeds and a table where you can dine. We stayed in August in very hot weeks so we used it after dark. Elena was an impeccable host, generous in her advice, and tireless in providing us with support. She showed us empathy out of the ordinary, making us feel great.

We only stayed one night so didn’t get to explore the area but it was beautiful country and had restaurants and grocery near by. Hosts were very sweet!!! Very much appreciate the coffee pods and tea.

Silvia is an excellent host! The house is absolutely perfect for a stay in the immediate hinterland of Versilia. Nice connected to the main local destinations. Absolutely perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. It was a little piece of heaven. The home was everything we could hope for. We would absolutely return on another vacation and will highly recommend it to others. Our hosts were lovely and helpful and we are so grateful to them for sharing their home with us.

beautiful very functional house. very nice view. a real pleasure to eat on the terrace. good hospitality. The cottage is well located for visiting Cinque Terre. small downside: the house is very wet. it rained and if the windows are closed, no ventilation, no vmc.

This villa apt on upper floor will exceed your dreams. Stayed here with our adult children, to ferry or train into Cinque Terre. All very comfy, hosts were very kind and helpful and easy to communicate with. Mother /daughter team. Daughter spoke great English, mom loaned me her walking stick for our hike. Perfect spot, easy walk to train, it stormed so ferry didn’t run. Bring raincoat to Italy. We cooked and ate out. Be aware this apt has 5 flights of stairs. Typical for these villages on hills. I’m 60 and did fine. The linens were high quality and also the beds. We used washer and rack to dry. Beautiful views. Stylish and historical apt. Highly recommend- above average.

Pool overlooking the mountains was fantastic. If you are looking for peace and quiet, you will love the accommodation. Away from mass tourism, but still many opportunities to do something. However, the sea can also be reached in 50 minutes. Once on the recommendation of Giovanni we did a nice boat tour from La Spezia to Cinque Terre. Kitchen was super equipped.

It is a really great apartment with super nice pool and fantastic views. We all felt very comfortable.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the Airbnb. Check in and check out were very straightforward and Eugenia was very helpful!

The perfect place to stay in Tuscany, beautiful home and gardens. We loved the views and the amazing swimming pool. The house had loads of character and was very homely and comfortable. Loved the location, not too far from Lucca and only 30 mins from Pisa airport. Andrea was a very friendly and helpful host too. Wonderful stay - thank you!

We had a very relaxing few days staying with Lucy and her family, and their dog Amber. They were really friendly and welcoming, and always ready to answer any queries we had. The pool area was lovely, and extremely peaceful. The accommodation was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The village is small with a butchers and bakers, a couple of restaurants and a bar. We did a lovely circular walk from the property through the woods to the nearby hill top village, Castel Vecchio. There’s nothing in the village but it’s very pretty and the views are great. You need a car to get to the supermarket and Lucca is a very easy 20 minute drive away. We had a super time and thank you Lucy for your generous hospitality.

We loved the AirB&B, Raphael responded promptly to all our questions, and Laura, the manager was GREAT upon our arrival, and even when we contacted her, she was always VERY PLEASANT and genuinely helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at Carolyn's apartment. It was spacious and clean and the scenery and local area is amazing. However, the wifi didn't work for the final 3 nights of our 4 night stay which was disappointing as phone signal is hard to get at the apartment, making planning for day trips and excursions very difficult.
