Monthly Rentals in Col de Balme

Small but cozy apartment. We didn't miss space at any time. Next door we had a supermarket and ski rental. Very close to the bus stop to go to the slopes, and good times. It is in a small but very nice town, on Sundays there is a market. It didn't take you more than 10 min walk to get to the sites. The hosts were very kind to us, they couldn't receive us on the first day, but immediately they were able to say hello to us and give us information that they had already sent us before. The apartment was very well equipped, even in the basement, they had a locker to store their skis.

Impeccable stay in Martine's large house. Host both accessible and discreet. 2 distinct floors with BATHROOM and toilet on each floor... larger than expected. Easy trips with the free train in the Chamonix Valley. Garage, train station 4 min walk, Balme ski resort too, cross-country ski trail 2 min away and ski resort for the little ones 3 minutes by car …. Perfect.

We stayed for a weekend at Eliane and Barnard's cozy studio and we really enjoyed our stay. The studio has everything you need even for a longer stay. Elaine and Bernard were very responsive, first through messages, and then they welcomed us personally, giving us recommendations for activities to do in the region. We got the enjoy their delicious homemade apricot marmalade :) The surroundings are very quiet and make it ideal for a peaceful getaway. I would definitely recommend staying there!

I highly recommend it! Very nice place, peaceful, with a beautiful south facing terrace. The space was also very clean and in great condition. Niels and Stéphanie are very welcoming and helpful.
