Vacation rentals with a patio in Cocoa

We really enjoyed staying at the one bedroom apartment only a block from the beautiful Cape Canaveral beach. The apartment is beautiful with a very nice kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room. Parking was provided and a laundry room was available in the back of the property. Located in a totally quiet neighborhood only a few minutes drive from stores, restaurants and gas stations. About a 30 minute ride to Kennedy Space Center. We were even lucky enough to see a rocket launch from the beach. Rob provided beach chairs, etc., for use and was helpful and answered our questions in a timely manner. Would not hesitate to stay here again. We both loved the fancy shower nozzles!

This is our 3rd year in a row staying here in the month of February/March. ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING as usual. What a precious gift in finding this location..Serene, peaceful and a relaxing lodging residence for couples in our opinion!

We had to find a place quickly as we were traveling when the storm was about to hit north florida. I located Marlene's place and dove right in. It has been awhile since I've been to the Cape and although it was storming the entire stay we were able to view some neat changes along the way driving in. Marlene was very responsive to a question I had upon checking in. The kids were so glad to be out of the vehicle. The place was wonderful, clean and comfortable. It stormed our entire stay so we were only able to enjoy her space inside and nothing outside our around the area. We would definitely book again!

Ramon’s place is in a quiet neighborhood. The entrance is private and the area feels safe. Very convenient location about a 20 minute drive from Disney. Plenty of restaurants and stores are a short drive away. The place was clean and cozy. Good size for 2 of us. The kitchen is small with a mini fridge, sink and microwave. There’s no stove or dishwasher. Highly recommend for an affordable place to visit Orlando.

Had a wonderful few days here! My kids enjoyed just hanging out at the house while I enjoyed time on the beach (it was a tad chilly in January but lovely none the less). Very relaxing and the local restaurants were great!

Alain’s place is very nice. The condo was very clean. The beach was a short 1 minute walk. The mattresses and pillows were comfortable. Each room had its own climate control. The kitchen was also very nice and stocked with decent equipment a basic set of spices. Also coffee was available for the coffee maker. The residence was very comfortable. It is a small space but perfect for a couple or a small family. If we are in the area again we will seek it out. My only critique was that the community grill in the courtyard didn’t work very well. Alain was always quick to respond and helpful. Thank you Alain. Hopefully we will see you again!

Anahely and Alejandra were the most amazing hosts! Super responsive. We had an issue with the space and they went way above and beyond to accommodate me and ensure I had the best experience! 10/10!! Beyond what you would expect from a host! The instructions for checkin were easy. The location is beautiful and walkable. Very serene. It was close to stores and restaurants. This location would definitely be my go to if I’m ever back in the area.

Perfect home for us and our small dogs. Well stocked kitchen and lots of towels including for pool. Easy bike ride to town.

Very nice place to stay with our big family, very convenient and close to all the amenities. Would stay here again for sure!

There isn't much of a description but the photos are accurate. The master BR has a queen bed and beautifully renovated bathroom. The rain showerhead didn't have much pressure but the handheld showerhead was OK. The other bathroom shower pressure was fine. The second BR has a king and a TV. We slept there. The third BR has two twins. The closet and dresser in the twin BR were full. The master had a walk-in closet with lots of space and hangers. All BRs are on the second floor. The kitchen was beautifully renovated. Most cabinets and drawers were full so we had to put our food on the counter. Took a while to figure out the smart TVs. There were no instructions. The Wifi does not reach to the sunroom or patio. The patio was lovely but buggy. Loved that it was fenced in. There was a glitch between Sarah's Airbnb site and what I saw. I didn't get any check-in info but Sarah was very responsive to any questions I had. Loved the generous check-in and checkout time.

Excellent carriage house that was spotless. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay and this house is spacious and very comfortable!

We came for a girl’s trip to explore Winter Park area. Even though we were about 1.2 miles from downtown area, it was a very easy and safe walk. There are other restaurants and shopping a little closer than that as well. It is on a little busier street during the day but it calms down and is quiet at night. Very clean. Very well organized / layout was efficient - it’s a smaller space but they did very well with it. I’d say the only small complaint was that we had to buy extra mirrors so that 4 girls could get ready at the same time as bathrooms are small. We would definitely come back and even bring our families as you can very comfortably house 2 adults and 4-6 kids. We’re even considering renting their whole compound with all of our families! We loved the Winter Park area! Big foodie town and lots of history!

You will not regret this stay . It is clean & very comfortable.

Beautiful home, very spacious and comfortable. Well-stocked with everything we needed. Would be perfect for two couples or a family. Easy 10 minute drive to downtown Winter Park. Very convenient to have a Publix and Target right across the road. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute and cozy condo in a convenient area! Just steps to the beach and pool! Reasonably priced. Responsive hosts. Wish it had a tub and a free in-unit laundry as we had a two year old with us, but it was still a very nice stay!

I took a girls weekend trip here and couldn’t have been more pleased with the property from the utilities to the private beach access out back. I would definitely recommend this stay and could absolutely see myself coming back!

Monica was very responsive and even helped us rearrange our dates to the best of her ability when we had some other events come up that interfered with our stay. The view is absolutely beautiful and the property is very nice and quiet. We loved being on the top floor! The set up was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen was fully equipped for what we needed (normally we have to go buy a vegetable peeler). The kids loved going from the pool to the hot tub. We met a few of the locals and they were very nice and welcoming. We’d absolutely stay again on our next trip down to Cocoa beach! Thank you so much Monica for allowing us to rent your property!

We had a fabulous stay. Everything was exactly as advertised. I was able to contact the host in a timely manner. The unit was exceptionally clean. I am looking forward to retuning again soon.

The place was totally renovated, Spotless, everything was furnished. We loved the washer and dryer in the unit, beautiful kitchen, new bathrooms, beautiful living room, leather couch, neighbors were quiet and very friendly. We could walk to grocery stores. , restaurants, shopping, park Avenue . We sat by the lake, just a few doors down everyday . Price was very affordable. This was our favorite place to stay, we stayed 6 weeks .

Perfect stay for cruisers and Universal/Disney getaway combo. We’ve spent a perfect weekend at Melanie’s place after our cruise and it was great, relaxing end of our vacation. Condo is conveniently located near good restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Beaches and ocean views are breathtaking! We enjoyed waking up to the sound of waves every morning! Absolutely loved the space. Quiet community of mostly snow birds this time of year that were super friendly fly. Kaitlyn gave us so many recommendations! The place was clean and easy to love. Will absolutely be coming back to the exact same place.

Eleny was a pleasure to work with from the start. Great communication. Her condo was as described. The balcony is awesome overlooking a very active beach. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and people watching. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The condo was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet getaway with all the bells and whistles. We also saw a rocket launch from the balcony that she let us know about in plenty of time.
