The studio has everything needed for a long term stay. The office chair was a plus for my remote work. The internet was fast and reliable under heavy load. It was clean and functional. It has a large shower. The apartment is located a short walk to local Simon’s pub and a corner store. A bicycle ride to Bauser’s bar and downtown Dunedin. Bike trail is two blocks away. Blue Jays stadium within a bike ride. Many things to do. I recommend this place if you are looking for value in a studio. It was well worth the price.

We had the most amazing stay at Frank’s, from the moment we booked until check out, we were made to feel very comfortable and welcome. The space was immaculate and fully equipped with everything needed in the kitchen, beautiful bedding and the bathroom had plenty of towels and extras in case we forgot anything. Frank and his family were quick to respond if we had any questions. My husband needed to fly home in an emergency and I didn’t hesitate and felt very safe staying there. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful and we were able to sit and enjoy some time outside soaking up the sun. We will defintely book with Frank and stay in the cozy space again. Amazing/Fancy/Cozy apartment - all you need for short or long stays. Safe condo, quiet, friendly neighbors. 10 min to Clearwater beach and easy access to anywhere in Tampa Bay.
