Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Clarence

Olivia’s place is in a great spot (quiet!) and a nice walk into town and the thermal pools. We loved the space and felt at home immediately. Olivia is a great host who did everything to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Our only regret is we couldn’t stay longer.

It was a nice place to stay whole we were in town for a wedding and was walkable to town which was very convenient

Ryan and Ania were excellent hosts and their house exceeded our expectations. It was incredibly clean, loaded with every amenity we needed, and a very close walk to the center of town. The garage game room was a fun bonus. We loved our stay and hope to return the next time our travels bring us to Hanmer Springs.

Really lovely place to stay. This house was plenty big enough for our 3 families and very secure for the dogs. Susan was very friendly, responsive and great to deal with. The house itself was a 20min walk from town but was extremely quiet and peaceful. Only downside was no aircon. Was had 30+ degree days and although there was a ceiling fan in the lounge and 2 portable fans in the house, it was very hot and hard to get to sleep. Could not fault the house itself, we will definately be back.

A great place for a group to stay. Loved everything, loved the hot tub, etc etc. A bit spooked by the ghost in the main bedroom but once we discovered it was friendly we relaxed.

Christine’s house was perfect for our long weekend. Kitchen was beautifully equipped. Beds were very comfortable. Place was immaculate. Lovely to come home to after a day of exploring. Highly recommend!

Andrew was a fantastic host and was very responsive to all questions and queries. He was proactive in reaching out to us when there was an unexpected power outage. The house and the kitchen were very well appointed. Plenty of room for us all. I recommend his property to others.

A comfortable, clean little house with two bedrooms and a kitchen. Peaceful and well located for exploring the Kaikoura area.

New studio apartment, peaceful with a lovely view. Easy walking distance to restaurants and the Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools. Rose is friendly and helpful. We would love to stay again in the future.

Staying here was a highlight - one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Fiona’s hosting was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was immaculate with everything you could ever need and more. The view over the bay was perfect. Would thoroughly recommend.

Hamner Springs is lovely and Lynnie and Andys place is a short 5 min walk to the delightful village centre. There are fabulous walks and bike trails nearby. The hot springs were a fab visit. We were given really golden local knowledge which enhanced our stay no end. Many thanks!

Great stay here! Clean and comfortable, prefect spot to stop in and break up a long drive or rest after a day of sightseeing in the beautiful Kaikoura. Michael was a helpful, friendly and accomodating host.

Had the best stay, the place is modern and clean with the best views of the ocean and mountains.

I recommend the accommodation, we were here for the second time. Clean, comfortable, beautiful view, quiet, privacy, nice owners. Absolutely exceptional. We will definitely be back.

The apartment is close to the town, park, ocean and the dolphin experience. Sitting on the deck is pleasant in the mornings and evening. Everything was very comfortable.
